वारंटी आरोपी को गोमिया पुलिस ने दबोचा, पॉक्सो मामले में चल रहा था फरार

गोमिया (बोकारो), 1 जून। कानून से बचने की कोशिश कर रहे एक वारंटी आरोपी को गोमिया थाना पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है। पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई को क्षेत्र में अपराध एवं फरार आरोपियों के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे अभियान की महत्वपूर्ण सफलता माना जा रहा है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार गोमिया थाना कांड संख्या 25/2026, दिनांक 7 मार्च 2026, में दर्ज मामले के नामजद आरोपी हजारी बस्की (पिता- स्व. तेलो मांझी), निवासी नगर टोला, थाना गोमिया, जिला बोकारो, के विरुद्ध माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया गया था। आरोपी पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की विभिन्न धाराओं के साथ-साथ पॉक्सो एक्ट की गंभीर धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज है।

न्यायालय के आदेश के आलोक में गोमिया थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। गिरफ्तारी के बाद आवश्यक कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी कर उसे न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेज दिया गया।

इस अभियान का नेतृत्व गोमिया थाना प्रभारी प्रफुल्ल कुमार महतो ने किया। उनके साथ पुलिस अवर निरीक्षक अरुण कुमार, सहायक अवर निरीक्षक अखिलेश कुमार एवं सशस्त्र बल के जवान शामिल रहे। पुलिस टीम ने योजनाबद्ध तरीके से कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को दबोचने में सफलता हासिल की।

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि फरार आरोपियों एवं वारंटियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। न्यायालय से निर्गत वारंटों के निष्पादन को प्राथमिकता देते हुए विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने तथा अपराध पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए ऐसी कार्रवाई आगे भी जारी रहेगी।

स्थानीय लोगों ने भी पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि अपराधियों के विरुद्ध लगातार हो रही कार्रवाई से क्षेत्र में कानून का भय और लोगों का भरोसा दोनों मजबूत हो रहे हैं।
