धनबाद : सांसद ढुलू महतो जी के निर्देशानुसार सांसद प्रतिनिधि राज आर्यन शर्मा ने सोमवार को धनबाद विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत दामोदरपुर स्थित शांति विहार कॉलोनी का दौरा कर स्थानीय लोगों के साथ समस्याओं का जायजा लिया।
श्री शर्मा ने स्थानीय लोगों के समक्ष संबंधित कनीय अभियंता (JE) से दूरभाष पर वार्ता कर तत्काल आवश्यक कार्रवाई एवं समस्या के शीघ्र समाधान का निर्देश दिया। इसके बाद जेई ने शीघ्र ही सुचारू जलापूर्ति का आश्वासन दिया. उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि जनता की मूलभूत सुविधाओं से जुड़ी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास किया जाएगा। जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान ही हमारी प्राथमिकता है।
पाइपलाइन विस्तार नहीं होने से 75 में से 60 घरों में नियमित जलापूर्ति नहीं
इससे पूर्व क्षेत्रवासियों की शिकायत पर मौके पर पहुंचे सांसद प्रतिनिधि ने जलापूर्ति व्यवस्था की बदहाली, क्षतिग्रस्त पाइपलाइन एवं पानी की बर्बादी का निरीक्षण किया। स्थानीय लोगों ने उन्हें एक आवेदन पत्र सौंपते हुए बताया कि लगभग 8 वर्ष पूर्व मुख्य मार्ग में पेयजल पाइपलाइन बिछाई गई थी, लेकिन कॉलोनी की अधिकांश गलियों में पाइपलाइन विस्तार नहीं होने के कारण लगभग 75 घरों में से 60 घर आज भी नियमित जलापूर्ति से वंचित है।
आवेदन में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया कि पिछले कुछ समय से जलापूर्ति शुरू होने के बावजूद अधिकांश घरों तक पानी नहीं पहुंच पा रहा है, जिससे लोगों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। स्थानीय निवासियों ने सभी गलियों में पाइपलाइन विस्तार, घर-घर जल कनेक्शन एवं नियमित जलापूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की।
