स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक में उपायुक्त ने दिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में संचालित विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने आयुष्मान भारत कार्ड निर्माण की वर्तमान प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए पात्र लाभुकों का शत-प्रतिशत आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही जिले में निक्षय रोग (टीबी) नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा करते हुए बताया गया कि वर्तमान में जिले में 5,45 टीबी मरीज चिन्हित हैं। उपायुक्त ने मरीजों की नियमित जांच, उपचार एवं निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। समीक्षा के क्रम में जानकारी दी गई कि जिले की 62 पंचायतें टीबी मुक्त घोषित हो चुकी हैं। इस पर उपायुक्त ने शेष पंचायतों को भी मिशन मोड में कार्य करते हुए टीबी मुक्त बनाने हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में मलेरिया नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा के दौरान बताया गया कि जिले में मलेरिया संक्रमण दर घटकर 0.4 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच गई है। उपायुक्त ने इस उपलब्धि को बनाए रखते हुए सतत निगरानी एवं जागरूकता गतिविधियां संचालित करने का निर्देश दिया।

फाइलेरिया उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम, दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र वितरण, एनक्यूएएस एवं कायाकल्प कार्यक्रमों की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने तथा निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप कार्यों को पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में रक्तदान को बढ़ावा देने हेतु जिले में नियमित रूप से रक्तदान शिविर आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही मानसून एवं वर्षा ऋतु को देखते हुए सभी अस्पतालों एवं स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में सर्पदंश पीड़ितों के उपचार हेतु आवश्यक दवाओं एवं एंटी-स्नेक वेनम की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने जिले में एम्बुलेंस सेवाओं की उपलब्धता एवं संचालन व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में आवश्यकतानुसार एम्बुलेंस उपलब्ध कराने तथा विशेष रूप से डुमरी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में एम्बुलेंस उपलब्ध कराने हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में वित्त आयोग की 15 वीं वित्त आयोग मद के अंतर्गत हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर , हेल्थ सब सेंटर एवं ब्लॉक प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र से संबंधित कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, सिविल सर्जन डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी, एसीएमओ, सदर अस्पताल के उपाधीक्षक, विभिन्न सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी , चिकित्सकगण तथा स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
