जानकारी के अनुसार, कदमकुआं इलाके में लगे ज्ञान बिंदु कोचिंग के बैनर को कुछ लोगों ने क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया था। बताया जा रहा है कि इसी घटना के बाद दोनों पक्षों के बीच तनाव बढ़ गया और विवाद ने हिंसक रूप ले लिया। इसके बाद खान ग्लोबल स्टडीज कैंपस में ईंट-पत्थरबाजी, होर्डिंग तोड़फोड़ और सुरक्षा गार्ड के साथ मारपीट की घटनाएं सामने आईं। इस हमले में एक सुरक्षा गार्ड घायल हो गया, जिसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।

विवाद बढ़ने के बाद पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए ज्ञान बिंदु कोचिंग के डायरेक्टर रौशन आनंद को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। वहीं दूसरी ओर, खान सर उर्फ फैजल खान के खिलाफ भी कदमकुआं थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है। पुलिस के अनुसार, उनके खिलाफ हत्या के प्रयास और आर्म्स एक्ट की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

एफआईआर में सुरक्षा गार्डों के बयान का भी उल्लेख किया गया है। गार्डों ने दावा किया है कि घटना के दौरान फैजल खान ने कथित रूप से गोली चलाने के लिए कहा था। पुलिस ने अवैध तरीके से दहशत फैलाने और फायरिंग करवाने के आरोपों की भी जांच शुरू कर दी है। फिलहाल पुलिस खान सर की तलाश में जुटी हुई है और पूरे मामले की गहन जांच जारी है।
