अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन की कार्रवाई जारी

कई ट्रैक्टरों पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज, बालू भंडारण एवं चिमनी भट्ठों की जांच में अनियमितता पाए जाने पर कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला के नेतृत्व में जिले में अवैध खनन, अवैध परिवहन एवं अवैध भंडारण के विरुद्ध विशेष छापामारी अभियान लगातार संचालित किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं थाना क्षेत्रों में व्यापक जांच एवं कार्रवाई की गई।
छापामारी अभियान के तहत बसिया थाना क्षेत्र में दिनांक 10 जून 2026 को अवैध रूप से बालू परिवहन में संलिप्त पाए जाने पर चार ट्रैक्टरों के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई। इनमें ट्रैक्टर संख्या JH07K9993 एवं JH20B4980 शामिल हैं, जबकि दो ट्रैक्टर बिना पंजीकरण संख्या अंकित पाए गए, जिनके विरुद्ध भी विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की गई।
इसी प्रकार, दिनांक 11 जून 2026 को घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र में अवैध परिवहन में संलिप्त पाए जाने पर दो ट्रैक्टरों, जिनमें एक का पंजीकरण संख्या JH07L6810 है तथा एक अन्य ट्रैक्टर बिना पंजीकरण संख्या अंकित पाया गया, के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई।
अभियान के दौरान चिमनी भट्ठों एवं बालू भंडारण अनुज्ञप्तियों की भी जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में निर्धारित प्रावधानों एवं शर्तों का उल्लंघन तथा अनियमितताएं पाए जाने पर संबंधित संचालकों को कारण पृच्छा (शो-कॉज) नोटिस निर्गत किया गया है तथा उनसे निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर स्पष्टीकरण प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
वहीं, सिसई अंचल अंतर्गत मौजा जिन्दा बरगांव में लगभग 38,000 घनफीट बालू अवैध रूप से भंडारित पाया गया, जिसे प्रशासन द्वारा जप्त कर लिया गया। इस संबंध में सिसई थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गई है।
अवैध खनन, परिवहन एवं भंडारण में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध आगे भी सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी। प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के संरक्षण तथा विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से इस प्रकार के विशेष अभियान नियमित रूप से संचालित किए जाएंगे। साथ ही आमजन से अपील की गई है कि वे किसी भी प्रकार की अवैध खनन गतिविधि की सूचना प्रशासन को उपलब्ध कराएं, ताकि त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
