गुमला जिला के 6 वर्षीय मासूम गुमशुदगी मामला हाई कोर्ट में उपस्थित हुए मुख्य सचिव डीजीपी समेत अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी

गुमला गुमला जिला से जुड़ा झारखंड के चर्चित मामला गुमला जिला से वर्ष 2018 से 2023 में लापता हुई 6 वर्षीय बच्ची के मामले में मां चन्द्रमुनि उराइन के द्वारा हेवियस कॉरपस याचिका पर झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए अदालत में मुख्य सचिव, गृह सचिव एवं डीजीपी को तलब किया. जहां अदालत में मुख्य सचिव, गृह सचिव एवं DGP के अलावा पुलिस हेडक्वार्टर के कई अधिकारी सशरीर हाजिर हुए. मामले में हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश सुजीत नारायण प्रसाद एवं न्यायाधीश संजय प्रसाद की खंडपीठ ने मौके पर मौजूद

अधिकारियों से पूछा कि अदालत ने अपने पूर्व आदेश में 2018 से 2023 तक गुमला में पदस्थापित SP के अनुसंधान पर संदेह जताते हुए जांच के आदेश को आखिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती क्यों दी गई? इस पर मुख्य सचिव ने अदालत के समक्ष खेद जताते हुए बताया कि SLP को वापस ले लिया गया. जहां अदालत ने अधिकारियों को ऐसे मामले संवेदनशीलता बरतने का आदेश दिया. लगभग 10 मिनट बाद अदालत में सभी दुबारा हाजिर हुए

उन्होंने कहा कि अदालत बस यह चाहती है कि जब कोई न्याय की गुहार लगाए तो उसे न्याय मिले लेकिन न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का पालन करवाना पुलिस एवं अधिकारियों का काम है. इस दौरान सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में दायर SLP पर जवाब देने के लिए सभी अधिकारियों ने अदालत से 10 मिनट का समय भी लिया, लगभग 10 मिनट बाद अदालत में सभी दुबारा हाजिर हुए.
मुख्य सचिव अदालत में कहा कि ऐसे जांच से अधिकारी हतोत्साहित होते है. इस पर अदालत ने कहा कि पुलिस अधिकारियों का काम है की संवेदनशीलता से कम करें काम करने की बजाय अगर इस प्रकार का व्यवहार होगा तो अदालत इस पर चुप नहीं बैठेगी. अदालत ने अपने पूर्व आदेश को जारी रखते हुए 2018 से 2023 तक गुमला में पदस्थापित सभी SP के कार्यशैली को लेकर जांच के आदेश दिए.

हाईकोर्ट द्वारा गुमला पुलिस को बेहतर अनुसंधान हेतु दिशा निर्देश दिया 

आज दिनांक को 20.04.2026 को गुमला पुलिस को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, झारखण्ड, राँची में अहतु थाना (गुमला) कांड सं0-03/20, दिनांक-06.02.2020, धारा-363/365/367/368/370/371 भा०द०वि०, 16/15 बंधुआ मजदूर अधि० एवं 75/79 जे0जे0 एक्ट की पीड़िता संजीता कुमारी के लापता होने के मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कांड में बेहतर अनुसंधान हेतु दिशा निर्देश दिया गया। माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, झारखण्ड, राँची द्वारा दिये गये निर्देश के आलोक में पुलिस अधीक्षक, गुमला के अनुरोध पर अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक, अपराध अनुसंधान विभाग, झारखण्ड, राँची द्वारा पीड़िता की बरामदगी हेतु पीड़िता का फोटो एवं सभी विस्तृत विवरणी के साथ Hue and Cry Notice सभी राज्यों के महानिदेशक एवं पुलिस महानिरीक्षकों को भेजी गई है।
