वेतन की मांग लेकर कर्मचारी पहुंचे सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय, वेतन नहीं मिला तो पल्स पोलियो का काम करेंगे ठप्प

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय के समक्ष झारखण्ड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ के नेतृत्व में झारखण्ड चिकित्सा एवं जन स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारी संघ, झारखण्ड राज्य अनुबंध कर्मचारी संघ, आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों के द्वारा एक विशाल जुलूस, प्रदर्शन,कचहरी परिसर, गुमला से निकाला गया,जो पटेल चौक से हुए टावर चौक से मेन रोड होते हुए सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय पहुंचा, इस प्रदर्शन में लगभग 1,000 से अधिक सरकारी, अनुबंध, आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया ।सभी कर्मचारी शांति पूर्ण के साथ काफी आक्रोश में दिख थे । झारखण्ड सरकार के खिलाफ खासकर स्वास्थ्य विभाग के खिलाफ नारेबाजी कर रहे थे। प्रदर्शन स्थल पर एक आम सभा किया गया, जिसमें प्रखंड से आये कर्मचारियों ने अपनी कठिनाई को रखते हुए कहा कि कम वेतन पर काम करने के बावजूद 5 महीनों से वेतन नहीं मिलने के कारण घर ,परिवार का माली हालत हो गई है। बच्चों की पढ़ाई नहीं करा पा रहे है, राशन खरीदने के लिए पैसे नहीं है।किराया के मकान में रहकर सुदूर प्रखंड में काम करते है।हमलोगों का जीवन पर असर पर रहा है।जल्द वेतन नहीं मिला तो पल्स पोलियो का ड्यूटी नहीं करेंगे, । सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय पहुंचकर एसीएमओ को महासंघ, चिकित्सा संघ, अनुबंध कर्मचारी संघ के अलग अलग पैड पर 16 सूत्री मांगपत्र जो माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, माननीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री, मुख्य सचिव, अपर मुख्य सचिव, अभियान निदेशक, nrhm , झारखण्ड सरकार, रांची के नाम से मांग पत्र का संलेख दिया गया। वार्ता में एसीएमओ, डैम, डीपीएम,लेखा प्रबंधक, प्रधान लिपिक ने बताया कि बिल कोषागार भेजा गया है।कुछ तकनीकीं दिक्कत आ रही है।सुधार होते ही वेतन भुगतान हो जाएगा । आउटसोर्सिंग का आवंटन सरकार से अभी प्राप्त हुआ है।जल्द ही भुगतान कर दिया जाएगा।सकारात्मक वार्ता हुई। कर्मचारियों को संबोधित करते हुए जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार ने कहा कि इस महंगाई के समय में कम वेतन पर काम करने के बावजूद 5 महीनों से वेतन नहीं मिलना सरकार की नाकामी है। वेतन के अभाव में जामताड़ा जिला के अनुबंध कर्मचारी रेखा कुमारी की मृत्यु हो गई ।वे डिप्रेशन की शिकार होने से लो ब्लड प्रेशर के कारण उनकी मृत्यु हो गई है । 10 लाख मुआवजा,अनुकम्पा में नौकरी की मांग की गई है।साथ ही यह भी कहा कि समान काम का समान वेतन,आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारी को 30दिन का वेतन, वेतन में वृद्धि,विशेष एवं अवकाश की मांग किया गया।जीतवाहन उरांव,सचिव ने कहा कि एकजुट होकर आंदोलन करते रहना पड़ेगा,रघुनन्दन वैध ने कहा कि मांग के प्रति सरकार गम्भीर नहीं है। मोo शहाबुद्दीन, पुरुषोत्तम साहू अध्यक्ष, मंजूषा लकड़ा, सुशीला कुमारी, मो o रिजवान, बोनिफास, अशोक पंडित, मो o शहजाद, अनूप कुमार नंद,रणधीर निधि, शिवनारायण सिंह, फहीम चौधरी, उपासना,ललिता कुमारी, जरेलदिना किंडो,रीना तिर्की,सुषमा , सुरेश उरांव,मो o सैमुअल, नेहा लकड़ा,अलका रानी,रश्मि कुजूर,नूर महिमा किंडो,अलका,मंजू,रेशमा,बिरजनी, रोजमेरी, रसिता सहित कई वक्ताओं ने अपने विचार रखे।पूरा धरना प्रदर्शन 4घंटे तक चला, तत्पश्चात् कार्यक्रम समाप्त किया गया , इस कार्यक्रम में सभी कर्मचारी पानी एवं सुखा नाश्ता लेकर आए थे,
