उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में ‘आत्मा’ एवं ‘राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा मिशन’ की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 की कार्ययोजना को मिली मंजूरी

किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण, क्लस्टर प्रदर्शन और कृषि विविधीकरण पर दिया गया जोर।

जिले के भीतर और अंतर-राज्यीय भ्रमण के जरिए प्रगतिशील खेती से जुड़ेंगे गुमला के किसान।

गुमला : – गुमला नया समाहरणालय भवन, चन्दाली स्थित उपायुक्त कार्यालय प्रकोष्ठ में वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए जिला स्तरीय आत्मा शासकीय निकाय एवं राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा पोषण मिशन कार्यकारी समिति की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। उक्त बैठक की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त-सह-अध्यक्ष, आत्मा (गुमला) दिलेश्वर महत्तो द्वारा की गई। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिले के किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, उन्हें आधुनिक कृषि तकनीकों से जोड़ने तथा चालू वित्तीय वर्ष की विभिन्न कृषि योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन की विस्तृत रूपरेखा तैयार की गई।
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कृषि और उससे संबद्ध विभागों के पदाधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ धरातल पर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों के किसानों तक उन्नत बीज, प्रशिक्षण और तकनीकी सहायता समय पर पहुंचनी चाहिए ताकि कृषि क्षेत्र में गुणात्मक सुधार दिखे। बैठक में समिति के समक्ष वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए तैयार की गई विभिन्न गतिविधियों के प्रस्तावों एवं बजटीय प्रावधानों की समीक्षा की गई, जिसे सर्वसम्मति से अनुमोदित किया गया।

शासकीय निकाय द्वारा अनुमोदित कार्ययोजना के तहत चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में जिले के किसानों के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम और अग्रिम पंक्ति के प्रदर्शन आयोजित किए जाएंगे। इसके तहत स्थानीय स्तर के साथ-साथ राज्य के भीतर और अंतर-राज्यीय स्तर पर किसानों को भारतीय सब्जी अनुसंधान संस्थान (वाराणसी) तथा तिलहन अनुसंधान केंद्र (भरतपुर) जैसे प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों में तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण और एक्सपोजर विजिट कराया जाएगा, जिससे वे उन्नत बागवानी और कृषि विविधीकरण की बारीकियों को समझ सकें। इसके अतिरिक्त, महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए मशरूम उत्पादन, विशेषकर बिशुनपुर माइनिंग एरिया में खाद्य सुरक्षा समूहों को वित्तीय और तकनीकी सहायता देने पर विशेष सहमति बनी। कृषि सूचना के व्यापक प्रसार के लिए स्थानीय विज्ञापनों, प्रकाशनों और सफल किसानों की ‘सफलता की कहानियों’ को साझा करने के प्रस्ताव को भी मंजूरी दी गई।

राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा मिशन के तहत जिले के 1,880 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में हाइब्रिड – उन्नत धान, मक्का और मडुआ (रागी) का क्लस्टर प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, दलहन आत्मनिर्भरता और खाद्य तेल मिशन के अंतर्गत अरहर, मूंग, उड़द, मूंगफली, नाइजर, सरसों और अलसी के क्लस्टर प्रदर्शनों के साथ-साथ सभी 1,59 पंचायतों में उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले दलहन मिनीकिट बांटे जाएंगे।
इसके साथ ही उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले प्रगतिशील किसानों को जिला एवं ब्लॉक स्तर पर पुरस्कृत भी किया जाएगा।

बैठक में कमिटी के सभी महत्वपूर्ण सदस्य मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे, जिनमें परियोजना निदेशक (आत्मा), जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी शामिल थे। इनके अलावा प्रगतिशील किसान, अग्रणी स्वयंसेवी संस्था ‘अराऊज’ के प्रतिनिधि सहित कृषि विभाग के अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
