03 से 07 अगस्त तक जिले में विशेष अभियान चलाकर जाति, आय, स्थानीय निवासी एवं ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत एवं वितरित किए जाएंगे

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार दिनांक 03 अगस्त से 07 अगस्त 2026 तक जिले में विशेष अभियान चलाकर जिले के नागरिकों को जाति, आय, स्थानीय निवासी एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (ईडब्ल्यूएस ) प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत एवं वितरित किए जाएंगे। अभियान के सफल एवं प्रभावी संचालन को लेकर आज उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से विशेष समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, सभी अंचल अधिकारी एवं सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। उपायुक्त ने अभियान के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु आवश्यक तैयारियों एवं कार्ययोजना की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को समयबद्ध एवं समन्वित ढंग से अभियान संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि अभियान के प्रभावी संचालन हेतु जिला स्तर पर अपर समाहर्ता गुमला राजीव नीरज को नोडल पदाधिकारी के रूप में नामित किया गया है, उनके नेतृत्व में प्रतिदिन अभियान की प्रगति की समीक्षा की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अभियान के दौरान नए आवेदन प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ पूर्व से लंबित सभी आवेदनों का निष्पादन करते हुए पात्र आवेदकों को शीघ्र प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत एवं वितरित करना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि सभी अंचल कार्यालयों एवं अन्य निर्धारित स्थलों पर कार्यालय अवधि के दौरान निर्धारित तिथियों में विशेष शिविर आयोजित किए जाएं। शिविरों में स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों की सहभागिता भी सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि अधिकाधिक नागरिकों को अभियान का लाभ मिल सके।

उपायुक्त ने व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार पर विशेष बल देते हुए सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि अभियान की जानकारी अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचाने के लिए विभिन्न माध्यमों से जनजागरूकता गतिविधियाँ संचालित की जाएं, जिससे कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति इस सुविधा से वंचित न रहे।

उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि अभियान के दौरान प्रतिदिन निर्गत एवं वितरित प्रमाण पत्रों का समेकित प्रतिवेदन, प्रमाण पत्र संख्या एवं निर्गत तिथि सहित, जिला स्तर से कार्मिक, प्रशासनिक सुधार तथा राजभाषा विभाग, झारखंड, रांची को निर्धारित प्रारूप में ई-मेल के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने जिले के नागरिकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे इस विशेष अभियान का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं। जिन नागरिकों को जाति, आय, स्थानीय निवासी अथवा ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकता है अथवा जिनके आवेदन लंबित हैं, वे 03 से 07 अगस्त 2026 के बीच अपने संबंधित अंचल कार्यालय अथवा निर्धारित शिविर स्थल पर आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ उपस्थित होकर आवेदन करें तथा प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करें। उन्होंने सभी पात्र नागरिकों से निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर शिविरों में भाग लेकर अभियान को सफल बनाने में सहयोग करने का आग्रह किया।
