उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला टेलीकॉम समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न, नेटवर्क सेवाओं में सुधार एवं आधार सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ बनाने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला टेलीकॉम समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में मोबाइल नेटवर्क, इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी, मोबाइल टावरों की स्थिति, भारतनेट परियोजना की प्रगति तथा आधार एवं जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित व्यवस्थाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान विभिन्न दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाताओं द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई सूचनाओं की समीक्षा की गई।

समीक्षा के दौरान बीएसएनएल प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा बताया गया कि बीजापाठ, लुचुतपाठ, देवरागनी, सिपिंग, सुकुरदा एवं बिरकेरा स्थित टावरों से बैटरी एवं अन्य उपकरणों की चोरी हुई थी, जिसकी प्राथमिकी संबंधित थानों में दर्ज कराई गई है। इनमें अधिकांश स्थानों पर नई बैटरियां स्थापित कर दी गई हैं। उपायुक्त ने शेष लंबित कार्यों को भी शीघ्र पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में बताया गया कि बीएसएनएल के 46 टावरों में से 33 में विद्युत कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है, जबकि शेष टावरों में विद्युत आपूर्ति उपलब्ध कराने की प्रक्रिया जारी है। नए मोबाइल टावरों के लिए आवंटित 12 स्थलों में से 9 स्थलों पर कार्यादेश प्राप्त हो चुका है तथा संयुक्त निरीक्षण की प्रक्रिया संचालित है। साथ ही जिले के 12 नेटवर्क विहीन (शैडो एरिया) क्षेत्रों में नए टावर स्थापित करने हेतु प्रस्ताव राज्य सरकार को भेजा गया है।

रायडीह स्थित श्रीधर ज्ञान संस्थान की नेटवर्क व्यवस्था की समीक्षा में बताया गया कि एयरटेल एवं जिओ द्वारा एंटीना समायोजन के बाद वॉइस कॉलिंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध है, किन्तु डेटा स्पीड अपेक्षित स्तर की नहीं है। वहीं बीएसएनएल की ब्रॉडबैंड सेवा सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो रही है। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित कंपनियों को डेटा नेटवर्क की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने के निर्देश दिए।

भारतनेट परियोजना की समीक्षा के दौरान बिशुनपुर बीएचक्यू में खराब एसएमपीएस , 16 ग्राम पंचायतों में सोलर पैनल एवं उपकरणों के प्रतिस्थापन, 16 ग्रामों में उपकरणों की शिफ्टिंग, तीन पंचायतों में फाइबर कट की समस्या तथा 120 पंचायतों के रिचार्ज से संबंधित लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश संबंधित एजेंसियों को दिया गया।

बैठक में जिले में मोबाइल टावरों की वर्तमान स्थिति की भी समीक्षा की गई। बताया गया कि गुमला जिले में कुल 494 मोबाइल टावर संचालित हैं, जिनमें बीएसएनल के 93, एयरटेल के 186 तथा रिलायंस जिओ के 215 टावर शामिल हैं। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि जिन क्षेत्रों में मोबाइल नेटवर्क की समस्या लगातार बनी हुई है, वहां संयुक्त रूप से स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर तकनीकी खामियों को दूर किया जाए तथा आम नागरिकों को बेहतर दूरसंचार सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं।

इसके अलावा उन्होंने आधार कार्ड निर्माण की स्थिति में प्रगति पर भी समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिया गया।उन्होंने सभी प्रखंड मुख्यालयों एवं पंचायत स्तर पर आधार कार्ड निर्माण की सुविधा को पूर्ण रूप से क्रियाशील (फंक्शनल) बनाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही पुराने समाहरणालय परिसर में संचालित आधार केंद्र को उपयुक्त स्थान पर स्थानांतरित करने की प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूरी करने का भी निर्देश संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को दिया।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, मुख्यालय डीएसपी, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, जिला विद्युत आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी सहित दूरसंचार कंपनियों एवं संबंधित विभागों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।
