गुमला में आदिवासी महोत्सव-2026 के सफल आयोजन को लेकर उपायुक्त ने की तैयारियों की समीक्षा, सभी विभागों को समयबद्ध तैयारी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में विश्व आदिवासी दिवस के अवसर पर 09 अगस्त 2026 को आयोजित होने वाले आदिवासी महोत्सव-2026 की तैयारियों को लेकर सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में विशेष समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा, सांस्कृतिक आयोजन, विभागीय प्रदर्शनी, जनजागरूकता गतिविधियों एवं समन्वय संबंधी विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि आदिवासी महोत्सव जिले की समृद्ध जनजातीय संस्कृति, परंपरा, कला एवं विरासत को प्रदर्शित करने का महत्वपूर्ण अवसर है। उन्होंने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि कार्यक्रम की सभी तैयारियां निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण ढंग से पूर्ण की जाएं तथा विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि कार्यक्रम स्थल पर विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगभग 15 आकर्षक एवं विषय आधारित स्टॉल लगाए जाएंगे। इन स्टॉलों के माध्यम से सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं एवं उपलब्धियों की जानकारी आमजन को दी जाएगी। स्टॉलों में समाज कल्याण विभाग, झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी ( जेएसएलपीएस ), स्वास्थ्य विभाग, कृषि विभाग, वन विभाग, कौशल विकास विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग सहित अन्य विभागों की सहभागिता रहेगी। इसके अतिरिक्त नशा मुक्ति, बाल विवाह उन्मूलन, महिला एवं बाल अधिकार, जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं, आदिवासी व्यंजन, पारंपरिक वाद्य यंत्र, हस्तशिल्प एवं स्थानीय उत्पादों पर आधारित विशेष प्रदर्शनी भी आयोजित की जाएगी।

बैठक में पारंपरिक जनजातीय नृत्य एवं संगीत कार्यक्रम, लोक संस्कृति आधारित प्रस्तुतियां, शिल्प एवं हस्तकला प्रदर्शनी तथा स्थानीय खान-पान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विशेष व्यवस्था करने का निर्णय लिया गया। कार्यक्रम में लगभग 5,00 लोगों की सहभागिता का अनुमान है।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि कार्यक्रम स्थल पर आकर्षक एवं सांस्कृतिक पहचान को प्रदर्शित करने वाले सेल्फी प्वाइंट स्थापित किए जाएं, ताकि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक एवं युवा इससे जुड़ सकें। उन्होंने बताया कि सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क विभाग द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले मानक डिज़ाइन के अनुरूप सेल्फी प्वाइंट तैयार किए जाएंगे।

बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि जिले के महान आदिवासी महापुरुषों की प्रतिमाओं पर माल्यार्पण कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की जाएगी। कार्यक्रम में जनप्रतिनिधियों को आमंत्रित करने, विभिन्न गतिविधियों हेतु वाहन व्यवस्था, आमंत्रण पत्र वितरण, मंच एवं सम्मान समारोह की तैयारी तथा चयनित लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्तियों के वितरण की भी विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने इन सभी कार्यों के लिए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को दायित्व निर्धारित करते हुए समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, परियोजना निदेशक, आईटीडीए, डीएसपी (मुख्यालय), जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता सह जिला सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी ललन कुमार रजक, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सतेंद्र महतो, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
