ग्रामीण आवास एवं मनरेगा योजनाओं की समीक्षा, लंबित कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश

ग्रामसभा अपलोडेशन, जियो-टैगिंग, ई-केवाईसी एवं आवास निर्माण कार्यों को समयबद्ध पूरा करने पर जोर

गुमला : गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जिले के सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों के साथ मनरेगा एवं ग्रामीण आवास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक के दौरान मनरेगा अंतर्गत लंबित देयताओं (पेंडिंग लाइबिलिटीज) की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि अगले दिन तक सभी लंबित प्रविष्टियों को अनिवार्य रूप से एमआईएस में अद्यतन करें। इसके अतिरिक्त “वीबीजी-रामजी” के तहत सभी पंचायतों में अधिकतम मांग सृजित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रतिदिन दर्ज मांग के अनुरूप मस्टर रोल जारी करने तथा एनएमएमएस ऐप के माध्यम से श्रमिकों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। साथ ही ई-केवाईसी एवं जियो-मनरेगा (आफ्टर) से संबंधित कार्यों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करते हुए आगामी बुधवार तक उपलब्धि में कम-से-कम पांच प्रतिशत वृद्धि सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) की समीक्षा के क्रम में आवास प्लस सर्वे-2024 के ग्रामसभा अपलोडेशन की स्थिति पर चर्चा की गई। समीक्षा में बताया गया कि जिले की 159 पंचायतों में से 141 पंचायतों में ग्रामसभा अपलोडेशन का कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है, जो कुल 88.68 प्रतिशत है। शेष पंचायतों में 11 जुलाई तक नियमानुसार ग्रामसभा अपलोडेशन पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में यह भी पाया गया कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के अंतर्गत प्रथम किस्त प्राप्त 3,176 लाभुकों का जियो-टैगिंग कार्य लंबित है। इस पर सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को आगामी बुधवार तक संतोषजनक प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने जिले की राज्य स्तरीय रैंकिंग पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को अभियान चलाकर प्रगति में सुधार लाने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं अबुआ आवास योजना के वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 एवं 2024-25 के अंतर्गत तृतीय किस्त प्राप्त लाभुकों के लंबित आवासों को शीघ्र पूर्ण कराने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

बैठक में जिले के सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उपस्थित रहे।
