भरनो और घाघरा के 157 विद्यालयों में 7 जुलाई से 7 सितंबर तक चलेगा अभियान

गुमला : उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में विद्यालय से बाहर रह गए बच्चों के नामांकन एवं पुनः विद्यालय से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से जिला स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विशेष नामांकन अभियान की रूपरेखा एवं उसके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिले के भरनो एवं घाघरा प्रखंड के चिन्हित 157 विद्यालयों में 7 जुलाई से 7 सितंबर 2026 तक विशेष नामांकन अभियान चलाया जाएगा। अभियान का उद्देश्य विद्यालय से बाहर रह रहे बच्चों की पहचान कर उनका नामांकन सुनिश्चित करना तथा उन्हें शिक्षा की मुख्यधारा से जोड़कर विद्यालय में ठहराव बनाए रखना है।

उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन ने बताया कि यू-डायस 2025-26 की रिपोर्ट में उच्च ड्रॉपआउट दर, कम प्रोग्रेशन दर और नामांकन में कमी के आधार पर घाघरा एवं भरनो प्रखंडों को प्राथमिकता के साथ चुना गया है। इनमें घाघरा प्रखंड के 99 तथा भरनो प्रखंड के 58 विद्यालयों सहित कुल 157 विद्यालय शामिल हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल शिक्षा विभाग का कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि एक जनभागीदारी आधारित अभियान है। इसके सफल संचालन के लिए शिक्षा विभाग के साथ श्रम विभाग, समाज कल्याण विभाग, जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई, जेएसएलपीएस, नियोजन विभाग, बाल कल्याण समिति एवं अन्य संबंधित विभागों और संस्थाओं के समन्वित प्रयास किए जाएंगे, ताकि जिले का कोई भी बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको ने सभी संबंधित विभागों एवं हितधारकों से समन्वय स्थापित कर जमीनी स्तर पर सक्रियता से कार्य करने का आह्वान किया। वहीं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने कहा कि शिक्षा के सार्वभौमिककरण के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने के लिए 5 से 6 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के बच्चों का शिशु सदन में तथा 6 से 18 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के सभी बच्चों का विद्यालयों में नामांकन एवं ठहराव सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है।

उन्होंने बताया कि अभियान के दौरान ऐसे बच्चों की पहचान की जाएगी, जो अब तक विद्यालय में नामांकित नहीं हुए हैं या किसी कारणवश पढ़ाई छोड़ चुके हैं। ऐसे सभी बच्चों का पुनः नामांकन कर उन्हें शिक्षा की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ा जाएगा।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, श्रम अधीक्षक धीरेन्द्र महतो, जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी सत्येन्द्र महतो, जिला श्रम एवं नियोजन पदाधिकारी अनामिका तिर्की, जिला बाल कल्याण समिति की अध्यक्ष नेमंती तिग्गा, जेएसएलपीएस के जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक, जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग, जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई के प्रतिनिधि, सभी संकुल साधन सेवी एवं प्रखंड साधन सेवी उपस्थित थे।

इसके अलावा सीआईएनआई-टाटा ट्रस्ट, पिरामल फाउंडेशन एवं अन्य सहयोगी संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी बैठक में भाग लिया और अभियान के सफल संचालन में सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।

बैठक के अंत में सभी विभागों एवं हितधारकों से अपील की गई कि विशेष नामांकन अभियान को जनभागीदारी का स्वरूप देते हुए “कोई भी बच्चा विद्यालय से बाहर न रहे” के लक्ष्य को सफल बनाया जाए।
