बरसात में बढ़ी मांग, ग्रामीणों की आय का बना महत्वपूर्ण स्रोत; विशेषज्ञों ने जंगली मशरूम की पहचान को लेकर बरतने को कहा सावधानी

गुमला : झारखंड की पारंपरिक खाद्य संस्कृति का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा रूगड़ा (पुट्टू) इन दिनों बाजार में सबसे अधिक मांग वाले मौसमी वन उत्पादों में शामिल है। बरसात शुरू होते ही स्थानीय हाट-बाजारों से लेकर शहरों तक रूगड़ा की बिक्री तेज हो गई है। कई बाजारों में इसकी कीमत 1500 से 2000 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम तक पहुंच गई है, जबकि छोटे-छोटे दोने भी 50 रुपये में बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसके चलते बाजारों में खरीदारों की भीड़ देखी जा रही है।

जानकारों के अनुसार, वर्षा और वज्रपात के बाद जंगलों में प्राकृतिक रूप से उगने वाला रूगड़ा स्वाद और पोषण के कारण बेहद लोकप्रिय है। यही वजह है कि झारखंड ही नहीं, अन्य राज्यों में भी इसकी मांग लगातार बढ़ रही है। कई स्थानों पर इसकी कीमत 3000 से 4000 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम तक भी पहुंच जाती है।

बरसात के मौसम में रूगड़ा के साथ-साथ जंगली मशरूम (खुखड़ी) भी बाजार में बिकने लगती है। हालांकि विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि जंगली मशरूम की सही पहचान के बिना उसका सेवन करना खतरनाक हो सकता है। जहरीली मशरूम खाने से उल्टी, पेट दर्द, जी मिचलाना और अन्य गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं हो सकती हैं। हर वर्ष ऐसे मामले सामने आते हैं, जिनमें लोगों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना पड़ता है। इसलिए केवल पहचान की गई सुरक्षित प्रजातियों का ही सेवन करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले वनाश्रित परिवारों के लिए रूगड़ा मौसमी आय का एक महत्वपूर्ण साधन बन चुका है। बड़ी संख्या में लोग जंगलों से इसे एकत्र कर स्थानीय बाजारों में बेचते हैं, जिससे उन्हें अतिरिक्त आमदनी होती है।

हालांकि बढ़ती मांग के साथ इसके प्राकृतिक संरक्षण की चुनौती भी सामने आ रही है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि जंगलों की कटाई, जलवायु परिवर्तन और अवैज्ञानिक तरीके से संग्रहण के कारण रूगड़ा के प्राकृतिक आवास प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। यदि समय रहते इसके संरक्षण और वैज्ञानिक प्रबंधन पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, तो भविष्य में इसकी उपलब्धता पर असर पड़ सकता है।

विशेषज्ञों का सुझाव है कि रूगड़ा के संग्रहण, भंडारण और विपणन के लिए वैज्ञानिक व्यवस्था विकसित की जाए, ताकि वन उत्पाद संग्रहकर्ताओं को उचित मूल्य मिल सके और झारखंड की इस अनमोल प्राकृतिक धरोहर का संरक्षण भी सुनिश्चित हो सके।
