अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा संबंधी मामलों की हुई समीक्षा, समयबद्ध निष्पादन के निर्देश

गुमला : उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला स्तरीय अनुकंपा सह स्क्रीनिंग समिति की विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा संबंधी प्रस्तावों की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में पूर्व में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित जिला स्क्रीनिंग समिति की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णयों के आलोक में विभिन्न मामलों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। सामान्य अनुकंपा नियुक्ति से संबंधित प्राप्त प्रस्तावों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। इसके साथ ही उग्रवादी हिंसा से प्रभावित आश्रितों के अनुकंपा नियुक्ति संबंधी प्रस्तावों पर भी चर्चा कर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक के दौरान एमएसीपीएस (Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme) के तहत विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त प्रोन्नति प्रस्तावों, सेवा संपुष्टि से जुड़े मामलों तथा अन्य सेवा संबंधी प्रस्तावों की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी मामलों का नियमानुसार एवं समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा संबंधी मामलों में अनावश्यक विलंब नहीं होना चाहिए। सभी विभाग निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए पात्र कर्मियों एवं आश्रितों को समय पर लाभ उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, सिविल सर्जन डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, सामान्य शाखा पदाधिकारी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
