घटना के बाद तीन लोगों को हिरासत में लेकर पुलिस कर रही पूछताछ, मुख्य आरोपी की तलाश में छापेमारी जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत पालकोट थाना क्षेत्र के टिभू टोली गांव में जमीन विवाद को लेकर एक बुजुर्ग दंपती पर धारदार हथियार से जानलेवा हमला कर दिया गया। इस हमले में जटी खड़याईन की घटनास्थल पर ही दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, जबकि उनके पति बुधा खड़िया गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। घटना शुक्रवार की बताई जा रही है।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, बहुर खड़िया के साले शत्रु खड़िया, जो कोलेंग पंचायत के गुड़मा टांगर टोली का निवासी है, ने कथित रूप से घर में घुसकर बुजुर्ग दंपती पर धारदार हथियार से हमला किया और घटना के बाद फरार हो गया।
घटना की सूचना मिलने पर समाजसेवी प्रेमचंद उरांव और भूषण सिंह ने पालकोट थाना पुलिस को जानकारी दी। सूचना मिलते ही थाना प्रभारी अंकित राज, एसआई विश्वजीत चेतन, एसआई रामचंद्र यादव तथा पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए बहुर खड़िया, बेला देवी और समीर कुल्लू को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ शुरू कर दी। पुलिस ने बेला देवी के घर से घटना में प्रयुक्त धारदार हथियार (दौली) भी बरामद कर जब्त कर लिया है।
गंभीर रूप से घायल बुधा खड़िया को 108 एंबुलेंस की सहायता से इलाज के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहां उनका उपचार जारी है।
ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, मृतका की केवल बेटियां हैं, जिनकी शादी हो चुकी है। मृतका के भतीजे रोशन केरकेट्टा ने हत्या के पीछे जमीन विवाद की आशंका जताते हुए मामले की सभी पहलुओं से निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की है।
पालकोट थाना प्रभारी अंकित राज ने बताया कि मामले की गहराई से जांच की जा रही है। मुख्य आरोपी शत्रु खड़िया की गिरफ्तारी के लिए उसके संभावित ठिकानों पर लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपी को जल्द गिरफ्तार कर कानून के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
पुलिस ने एहतियात के तौर पर गांव में अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात कर दिया है, ताकि किसी भी अप्रिय स्थिति से समय रहते निपटा जा सके। मामले की जांच जारी है।
