जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने मतदाता सूची विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण

(एसआईआर)-2026 अभियान के तहत रायडीह प्रखंड के विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का किया निरीक्षण, अभियान में तेजी लाने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार जिले में संचालित मतदाता सूची विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर)-2026 अभियान के तहत शनिवार को जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने रायडीह प्रखंड की सिप्रिंगा पंचायत स्थित विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण कर अभियान की प्रगति का जायजा लिया। इस दौरान उन्होंने प्रखंड कार्यालय, रायडीह में चल रहे एसआईआर कार्यों एवं ऑनलाइन डिजिटाइजेशन की अद्यतन स्थिति की भी समीक्षा की।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने मतदाता सूची से संबंधित मैपिंग एवं ऑनलाइन डिजिटाइजेशन प्रक्रिया की विस्तार से समीक्षा की। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि 22 जुलाई से पूर्व सभी प्रपत्रों का संग्रहण सुनिश्चित करते हुए ऑनलाइन डिजिटाइजेशन की प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण किया जाए। साथ ही 22 जुलाई को सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर आयोजित होने वाली बीएलओ एवं बीएलए-2 की बैठक में संबंधित सभी प्रतिनिधियों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने प्रपत्र भरने एवं ऑनलाइन डिजिटाइजेशन प्रक्रिया के दौरान आ रही समस्याओं की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा उपस्थित बीएलओ के सभी संदेहों का निराकरण किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि अभियान के दौरान उत्पन्न होने वाली समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि कार्य समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण हो सके।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त ने बीएलओ एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों से घर-घर सत्यापन, एन्यूमरेशन तथा प्रपत्र संग्रहण की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर पूरा करने के लिए कार्य में और अधिक तेजी लाई जाए तथा प्रत्येक पात्र मतदाता तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने रायडीह प्रखंड के मतदान केंद्रवार प्रगति की नियमित समीक्षा करने तथा अभियान की प्रगति में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश भी दिए। साथ ही सभी बीएलओ को निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप पूरी पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता एवं सावधानी के साथ कार्य करने तथा किसी भी पात्र मतदाता का नाम मतदाता सूची से छूटने नहीं देने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने आम नागरिकों से भी एसआईआर अभियान में सक्रिय सहयोग करने तथा आवश्यक दस्तावेज समय पर उपलब्ध कराने की अपील की।

निरीक्षण के दौरान अंचल अधिकारी रायडीह, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी रायडीह, निर्वाचन शाखा के कर्मी, बीएलओ सुपरवाइजर, बीएलओ एवं वॉलेंटियर्स उपस्थित थे।
