4 वर्ष पहले क्या कर आरोपियों ने उक्त शव को दफना दिया, मजिस्ट्रेट की निगरानी में उक्त शव को कब्र से निकल गया (नर कंकाल)

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित रायडीह थाना पुलिस द्वारा गुप्त खुफिया जानकारी के आधार निकल गया नर कंकाल – रायडीह प्रखंड के नवागढ़ बैगाटोली में चार वर्ष पूर्व हुई एक संदिग्ध मौत के मामले में पुलिस ने नए सिरे से जांच शुरू की है. अंधविश्वास और डायन-बिसाही के चक्कर में हुई कथित हत्या की गुत्थी सुलझाने के लिए मंगलवार को रायडीह पुलिस ने मजिस्ट्रेट की मौजूदगी में मृतक मलकन बैगा (65) के शव को कब्र से बाहर निकाला. गया
मंगलवार को पुलिस बल और दंडाधिकारी की निगरानी में जब दफनाए गए स्थान की खुदाई की गई मृतक बैगा का नर कंकाल बरामद हुआ. पुलिस ने कंकाल को तुरंत कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा. हालांकि, केवल कंकाल अवशेष होने के कारण सदर अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने पोस्टमार्टम करने से असमर्थता जताई. अब इस कंकाल को विस्तृत फॉरेंसिक और वैज्ञानिक जांच के लिए रिम्स रांची भेजा जा रहा है.

बतायाकी4 साल बाद सामने आई सच्चाई, बेटी ने दर्ज कराई प्राथमिकी
घटनाक्रम के अनुसार, मलकन बैगा की मौत सात जून 2022 को हुई थी और परिजनों ने उसी समय शव को दफना दिया था चार वर्षों तक डर के साए में जीने के बाद, मृतक की 35 वर्षीय पुत्री उर्मिला देवी ने 13 जुलाई को रायडीह थाने में हिम्मत जुटाकर मामला दर्ज कराया. उर्मिला देवी की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने नवागढ़ बैगाटोली के नौ लोगों के खिलाफ नामजद प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है.
अंधविश्वास और पुरानी रंजिश बनी वजह
दर्ज प्राथमिकी में उर्मिला देवी ने गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए बताया कि उसके पिता की हत्या ‘डायन-बिसाही’ और ओझा-गुणी के संदेह में की गई थी. मलकन बैगा गांव के लोगों के साथ धान रोपनी के काम से गए थे. काम खत्म होने के बाद जब बाकी लोग घर लौट आए, तब आरोपियों ने मलकन बैगा को घेर लिया और लाठी-डंडों से बेरहमी से पिटाई कर दी. उन्हें अधमरा छोड़कर आरोपी भाग निकले. इस दौरान आरोपी दीपक बैगा ने मलकन पर आरोप लगाया था तुमने तंत्र-मंत्र करके मेरे बेटे वीरेंद्र बैगा की हत्या की है. पहली मारपीट के बाद गंभीर रूप से घायल मलकन बैगा घर पर ही थे. सात जून को सभी आरोपी एकाएक उनके घर में घुसे और उनकी हत्या कर दी.

धमकी के डर से 4 साल तक चुप रहा परिवार

उर्मिला देवी का कहना है कि पिता की हत्या करने के बाद आरोपियों ने पूरे परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकी दी थी. आरोपियों के खौफ और दहशत के कारण परिजनों ने उस समय पुलिस को कोई सूचना नहीं दी और चुपचाप शव को दफना दिया. अब चार साल बाद बेटी द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई प्राथमिकी के बाद रायडीह पुलिस हरकत में आई है और मामले की वैज्ञानिक व कानूनी जांच को तेज कर दिया गया है. पुलिस का कहना है कि रिम्स की फॉरेंसिक रिपोर्ट आने के बाद आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी.
