एनसीओईए (सीटू) के केंद्रीय अपर महासचिव -सह- सीसीएल वेलफेयर बोर्ड के सदस्य प्रदीप कुमार विश्वास एवं एनसीओईए स्वांग वाशरी शाखा सचिव -सह- सीटू के राज्य कमेटी सदस्य राकेश कुमार ने संयुक्त रूप से सीसीएल स्वांग वाशरी के परियोजना पदाधिकारी बैकुंठ मोहन बाबू को एक मांग पत्र सौपा।
मांग पत्र सौंपते वक्त उपस्थित नेताओं ने संयुक्त रूप से कहा लगभग दो-तीन महीने पूर्व स्वांग वाशरी आने-जाने के लिए बने रेल अंडरपास में पानी भर गया था। कई दिनों तक आवा – गमन बाधित था एवं वह चुनौतियों से भरा हुआ था। आने-जाने के क्रम में स्वांग वाशरी के कई कर्मी दुर्घटनाग्रस्त भी हो गए थे।उन्होंने कहा उस वक्त भी हमारी यूनियन के प्रयास व हस्तक्षेप पर स्वांग वाशरी प्रबंधन द्वारा पानी निकासी की व्यवस्था की गई और आवागमन को चालू किया गया। दो-तीन महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी वह रेल अंडरपास क्षतिग्रस्त है एवं बड़ी दुर्घटना को आमंत्रित कर रहा है।
सीसीएल वेलफेयर बोर्ड के सदस्य प्रदीप कुमार विश्वास ने कहा यह रेल अंडरपास स्वांग वाशरी आने जाने के लिए है एवं इसी रेल अंडरपास से स्वांग वाशरी के लिए कोयले की धुलाई होती है। सीसीएल प्रबंधन अविलंब इसके जीर्णोद्धार एवं रखरखाव हेतु संबंधित विभाग को पत्राचार करें एवं समुचित कार्रवाई करें।
उन्होंने कहा मैं इस मामले को अगस्त महीने में होने वाली सीसीएल वेलफेयर बोर्ड की बैठक में भी उठाऊंगा।
