उपायुक्त ने बिरसा प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु जागरूकता रथ को किया रवाना

गुमला जिला में खरीफ मौसम-2026 के दौरान किसानों को प्राकृतिक आपदाओं एवं प्रतिकूल मौसम की परिस्थितियों से होने वाले फसल नुकसान के विरुद्ध आर्थिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से संचालित बिरसा प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना ( बी – पी एम एफ बी वाई ) के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए मंगलवार को उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने समाहरणालय परिसर से जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।

यह जागरूकता रथ जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं ग्राम पंचायतों का भ्रमण कर किसानों को योजना की पात्रता, आवेदन प्रक्रिया, आवश्यक दस्तावेज, बीमा की अंतिम तिथि तथा योजना के लाभों की विस्तृत जानकारी उपलब्ध कराएगा, ताकि अधिक से अधिक किसान योजना से जुड़कर अपनी फसलों का बीमा करा सकें।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि बिरसा प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना किसानों को सूखा, अल्पवृष्टि, अतिवृष्टि, ओलावृष्टि, बेमौसम वर्षा, प्राकृतिक आपदाओं तथा फसल कटाई के बाद प्रतिकूल मौसम से होने वाली क्षति की स्थिति में आर्थिक संबल प्रदान करती है। उन्होंने जिले के सभी किसानों से निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर योजना का लाभ लेने की अपील की।

उन्होंने बताया कि गैर-ऋणी किसान अपने निकटतम प्रज्ञा केन्द्र (सीएससी), सहकारी साख समितियों (एलएएमपीएस), झारखंड स्टेट को-ऑपरेटिव बैंक लिमिटेड, व्यवसायिक बैंक, क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक, डाकघर अथवा www.pmfby.gov.in पोर्टल के माध्यम से स्वयं ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। वहीं ऋणी कृषकों का बीमा संबंधित ऋणदायी संस्था द्वारा नियमानुसार किया जाएगा।

योजना के अंतर्गत किसानों से टोकन राशि के रूप में मात्र ₹1 (एक रुपये) का भुगतान लिया जाएगा, जबकि शेष प्रीमियम राशि सरकार द्वारा वहन की जाएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि योजना के अंतर्गत अगहनी धान के लिए बीमा इकाई ग्राम पंचायत तथा भदई मकई के लिए प्रखंड स्तर निर्धारित किया गया है। धान के लिए ₹69,436 प्रति हेक्टेयर तथा भदई मकई के लिए ₹64,113 प्रति हेक्टेयर बीमित राशि निर्धारित है। अधिसूचित दोनों फसलों के लिए क्षतिपूर्ति का अधिकतम स्तर 80 प्रतिशत निर्धारित किया गया है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि गैर-ऋणी किसानों के लिए खरीफ-2026 में बीमा कराने की अंतिम तिथि 31 अगस्त 2026 निर्धारित की गई है। उन्होंने सभी पात्र किसानों से अंतिम तिथि की प्रतीक्षा किए बिना शीघ्र पंजीकरण कराने का आग्रह किया।

उन्होंने किसानों को यह भी जानकारी दी कि फसल कटाई के उपरांत ओलावृष्टि, चक्रवात अथवा बेमौसम वर्षा से फसल क्षति होने की स्थिति में 72 घंटे के भीतर संबंधित बैंक शाखा, प्रज्ञा केन्द्र (CSC), कृषि/सहकारिता विभाग के कार्यालय अथवा टोल-फ्री नंबर 14447 या पीएमएफबीवाई व्हाट्सऐप बॉट +9170655 14447 पर सूचना देना अनिवार्य है, ताकि नियमानुसार दावा प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा सके।

योजना के लिए आवेदन करते समय आधार कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक की छायाप्रति, भूमि स्वामित्व संबंधी प्रमाण-पत्र (एलपीसी/रसीद), बटाईदार कृषकों के लिए नोटरीकृत बटाई प्रमाण-पत्र, फसल बुवाई का स्व-सत्यापित प्रमाण-पत्र, वंशावली एवं मोबाइल नंबर प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा।

इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
