उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुआ साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे आवेदकों की समस्याएं सुनी गईं, त्वरित कार्रवाई के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं एवं जनहित से जुड़े मामलों को लेकर आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को नियमानुसार जांच कर समयबद्ध एवं निष्पक्ष कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान बसिया प्रखंड के ग्राम बनई विजरा निवासी वरुण साहु ने अपने दिवंगत पिता, जो गृह रक्षा वाहिनी में कार्यरत थे, के संबंध में अनुकंपा नियुक्ति के प्रकरण पर मानवीय आधार पर विचार किए जाने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को मामले की नियमसंगत जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

गुमला नगर के मो. इमरान खान ने विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण ( एसआईआर ) के दौरान मतदाता सूची से नाम विलोपित होने तथा मतदाता पहचान पत्र से संबंधित समस्या को लेकर आवेदन दिया। उपायुक्त ने जिला निर्वाचन शाखा को मामले की जांच कर नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

कामडारा प्रखंड क्षेत्र के एक आवेदन में कुरकुरा बाजार में बिना वैध बंदोबस्ती के कथित रूप से अवैध वसूली किए जाने की शिकायत की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

बसिया प्रखंड के ग्राम इरों फटकपुर निवासी दीपक उरांव ने दिव्यांगजन होने के कारण सरकारी योजना के तहत हस्तचालित ट्राईसाइकिल/रिक्शा उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया। उपायुक्त ने समाज कल्याण विभाग एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को पात्रता के आधार पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

गुमला नगर के शास्त्री नगर निवासी लक्ष्मण टोप्पो ने घरेलू विद्युत उपभोक्ता होने के बावजूद स्मार्ट मीटर में तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण अत्यधिक विद्युत बिल प्रदर्शित होने की शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए बिल की जांच एवं संशोधन की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारियों को मामले की तकनीकी जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

पालकोट प्रखंड से संबंधित एक आवेदन में सिलवानुस तोपनो के स्थानांतरण के उपरांत अंतिम वेतन प्रमाण-पत्र लंबित रहने के कारण वेतन भुगतान प्रभावित होने की शिकायत की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को प्रकरण की जांच कर शीघ्र आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए आवेदकों ने भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेखों में सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, पेयजल एवं विद्युत आपूर्ति, सड़क निर्माण, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने, रोजगार, मुआवजा भुगतान तथा अन्य जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में भी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम नागरिकों और प्रशासन के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित करने का प्रभावी मंच है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध तरीके से निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि शिकायतों के निस्तारण में अनावश्यक विलंब न हो तथा पात्र लाभुकों को नियमानुसार योजनाओं का लाभ उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
