गुमला: जिला मुख्यालय में रोजमर्रा के सामान खरीदने वाले उपभोक्ताओं के सामने कई सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। एक ही ब्रांड और एक ही तरह के सामान के अलग-अलग दुकानों में अलग-अलग दाम वसूले जाने, नापतौल में गड़बड़ी और एक्सपायरी सामान की बिक्री जैसे आरोपों को लेकर आम उपभोक्ताओं में नाराजगी है। लोगों का सवाल है कि आखिर इन मामलों की निगरानी की जिम्मेदारी किसकी है और शिकायत के बावजूद कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं होती?

उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि जिला मुख्यालय की कई दुकानों में सामानों की कीमत की स्पष्ट सूची यानी रेट चार्ट नजर नहीं आती। ऐसे में ग्राहक को किसी सामान की सही कीमत पता नहीं चल पाती और दुकानदार द्वारा बताई गई कीमत पर ही खरीदारी करनी पड़ती है। एक ही सामान की अलग-अलग दुकानों में अलग कीमत होने से ग्राहकों के बीच अक्सर विवाद की स्थिति भी बनती है।

नापतौल और एक्सपायरी सामान को लेकर भी सवाल

लोगों ने सामान की नापतौल को लेकर भी सवाल उठाए हैं। आरोप है कि कुछ दुकानों पर ग्राहकों को सामान देते समय वजन या मात्रा में गड़बड़ी की जाती है। वहीं, एक्सपायरी सामान की बिक्री को लेकर भी शिकायतें सामने आती रही हैं।

उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि रोजमर्रा के खाद्य पदार्थों और घरेलू उपयोग की सामग्री की कीमतों में अंतर का सीधा असर उनके मासिक बजट पर पड़ता है। खासकर सीमित आय वाले परिवारों के लिए हर सामान पर अतिरिक्त कीमत चुकाना बड़ी परेशानी बन जाती है।

चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स की भूमिका पर भी उठे सवाल

इन समस्याओं के बीच गुमला चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स की भूमिका को लेकर भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं। आम उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि चैंबर को दुकानदारों और ग्राहकों के बीच एक सेतु की भूमिका निभानी चाहिए। ऐसे में बाजार में उपभोक्ताओं से जुड़ी शिकायतों और दुकानदारों की समस्याओं के बीच समन्वय बनाने की जिम्मेदारी भी संस्था की बनती है।

लोगों का सवाल है कि अगर किसी दुकान पर एक ही सामान के लिए अलग-अलग कीमत वसूली जा रही है या नापतौल को लेकर शिकायत है, तो उसकी निगरानी कौन करेगा? क्या इसके लिए स्थानीय प्रशासन, संबंधित विभाग, नापतौल विभाग या दुकानदार स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं?

ग्रामीण इलाकों की स्थिति पर भी चिंता

उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि अगर जिला मुख्यालय में ही ऐसी समस्याएं हैं तो सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्थिति का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है। ग्रामीण इलाकों में लोगों को सामान की कीमत, वजन और गुणवत्ता को लेकर और अधिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

लोगों ने प्रशासन और संबंधित विभागों से बाजार में नियमित जांच अभियान चलाने, दुकानों पर सामान की कीमत स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदर्शित कराने, नापतौल की जांच करने और एक्सपायरी सामान की बिक्री पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है।

फिलहाल सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है कि एक ही सामान की अलग-अलग कीमत, नापतौल में गड़बड़ी और एक्सपायरी सामान की बिक्री जैसी शिकायतों पर जिम्मेदारी किसकी तय होगी? उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि यह सवाल लंबे समय से उठता रहा है, लेकिन अब जरूरत सवाल पूछने से आगे बढ़कर ठोस कार्रवाई की है।
