जोधपुर की सड़कों पर झाड़ू लगाने वाली, दो बच्चों की मां बनी SDM

जोधपुर – चेहरे के चारों तरफ दुपट्टा बांधकर, हाथों में झाड़ू लेकर जोधपुर की सड़कों पर सफाई करती इस महिला पर शायद ही किसी की नजर पड़ी हो. लेकिन अब वही स्वीपर एसडीएम बनने जा रही है. किस्मत पलटना इसी को तो कहते हैं, अगर इंसान मन में हौसला रखें और अपनी मंजिल की तरफ बढ़ता रहे तो उसे कोई नहीं रोक सकता. ऐसी ही है जोधपुर नगर निगम में सफाई कर्मचारी से एसडीएम बनी इस महिला की कहानी, जानिए कैसे इस लड़की ने अपने हौसले से कामयाबी की इबारत लिखी है. *जोधपुर नगर निगम में झाड़ू लगाने वाली सफाईकर्मी आशा कण्डारा ने यह कर दिखाया है*. वो नगर निगम में झाड़ू लगाने के साथ साथ खाली वक्त में किताबें लेकर बैठ जाती थी. सड़क किनारे ,सीढ़ियों पर जहां भी वक़्त मिलता था, पढ़ाई शुरू हो जाती थी. आज इन्हीं किताबों के जादू ने उनकी जिंदगी बदलकर रख दी है. राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा में आर एस 2018 में आशा का चयन अब हो गया है.*अब वो अनुसूचित वर्ग से SDM के पद पर काबिज होंगी.*बता दें कि आशा की ज़िंदगी इतनी आसान नहीं थी. आठ साल पहले ही पति से झगड़े के बाद दो बच्चों के पालनपोषण की ज़िम्मेदारी भी आशा पर ही आ गई थी. नगर निगम में झाड़ू लगाती थी. मगर सफ़ाई कर्मचारी के रूप में नियमित नियुक्ति नहीं मिल पा रही थी. इसके लिए इसने 2 सालों तक नगर निगम से लड़ाई लड़ीं लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ. पर कहते हैं न कि कभी कभी खुश‍ियां भी छप्पर फाड़कर मिल जाती हैं. इसी तरह 12 दिन पहले आशा के साथ भी हुआ. जोधपुर नगर निगम की तरफ से उनकी सफाई कर्मचारी के रूप में नियमित नियुक्त हुई थी और अब तो राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा में भी चयन हो गया है. आशा ने बताया कि दिन में वो स्कूटी लेकर झाड़ू लगाने आती थी और स्कूटी में हीं किताब लेकर आती थी. यही काम करते हुए उन्होंने पहले ग्रेजुएशन किया और फिर नगर निगम के अफ़सरों को देखकर अफ़सर बनने की भी ठान ली. इसी के बाद सिलेबस पता किया और तैयारी शुरू कर दी. उनके लिए कठ‍िन दिनचर्या के बीच ये मुश्क‍िल तो बहुत था, लेकिन उन्होंने हालातों के सामने कभी हार नहीं मानी और तैयारी में जुटी रहीं.आज अपना मुकाम मिल गया,जिसका सपना देखा था.
