इंदौर की डॉक्टर रईसा अंसारी, सड़क पर बेचती है फल

इंदौर – ठेले पर आम बेचती इंदौर की डॉक्टर रईसा अंसारी हमारी व्यवस्था का वो सच हैं जिसे जानते तो सब हैं लेकिन जिस पर बात कोई नहीं करना चाहता. फ़िज़िक्स में पीएचडी इस महिला पर आज सबको तरस आ रहा है. लेकिन मुझे उन पर तरस नहीं आ रहा, बल्कि गर्व हो रहा है. क्योंकि मैं जानता हूं रईसा को फल बेचते हुए शर्म नहीं आ रही है और ना ही उन्हें ये काम छोटा लग रहा है. बल्कि शर्म उस समाज और व्यवस्था को आनी चाहिए जो डॉ. रईसा अंसारी जैसी प्रतिभा को सड़क पर ला देता है.इंदौर की देवी अहल्या बाई यूनीवर्सिटी से फ़िज़िक्स में मास्टर और पीएचडी रईसा को बेल्जियम से रिसर्च करने का ऑफ़र मिला था. लेकिन उनके रिसर्च हेड ने उनके रिकमेंडेशन लेटर पर हस्ताक्षर नहीं करे. थीसिस सबमिट होने के दो साल बाद तक उनका वाइवा नहीं किया गया और फिर प्रशासनिक दख़ल के बाद उनका वाइवा हो सका.रईसा ने सीएसआईआर (काउंसिल ऑफ़ साइंटीफ़िक एंड इंडस्ट्रियल रिसर्च) की फेलोशिप पर कोलकाता के आईआईएसईआर (इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ़ साइंस एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च) से रिसर्च की है. एक दस्तख़त की वजह से रईसा शोध करने के लिए बेल्जियम नहीं जा सकीं. 2011 में पीएचडी करने वाली रईसा को एक बार जूनियर रिसर्च के लिए अवार्ड मिला था. मीडिया उनका साक्षात्कार लेने उनके पास पहुंची. उनके गाइड का नाम पूछा लेकिन गाइड सामने नहीं आना चाह रहे थे. रईसा ने किसी और का नाम ले दिया. यही बात गाइड को चुभ गई. फिर आगे की कहानी आप जान ही चुके हैं.रईसा को एसोसिएट प्रोफ़ेसर की नौकरी भी मिल गई थी लेकिन पारिवारिक परिस्थितियों के कारण उन्हें नौकरी छोड़नी पड़ी. वो अब फल बेच रही हैं. एक पढ़ी लिखी फर्राटेदार अंग्रेज़ी बोलने वाली महिला को फल बेचते हुए देखकर बहुत से लोगों को अफ़सोस हो रहा है. मुझे भी कहीं न कहीं अफ़सोस हो रहा है. लेकिन इस बात का फ़क्र भी है कि एक महिला ने अपने सम्मान से समझौता नहीं किया.रईसा जैसी महिलाएं हार नहीं मानती हैं. वो मुश्किल चुनौतियों को अवसर में बदल देती हैं. रईसा को मौका मिलेगा और वो अपना मुकाम हासिल कर लेंगी. उनके रिकमेंडेशन लेटर पर साइन न करने वाला उनका गाइड कहीं न कहीं मन-मन में कुढ़ रहा होगा. सबकुछ होते हुए भी उसके पास कुछ नहीं होगा.
