क्या पंकज मिश्रा हेमंत सरकार की लुटिया डूबो देगा? सीएमओ में सियासी हलचल बढ़ी

झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन और उनके विधायक प्रतिनिधि पंकज मिश्रा के बीच का मधुर संबंध अब उजागर होने लगा है. ईडी की पांच हजार पन्नों की चार्जशीट में जिस तरह से पंकज मिश्रा से सीएम के कनेक्शन का खुलासा हो रहा है, उससे ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि पंकज मिश्रा हेमंत सरकार की लुटिया डूबोकर ही रहेगा. ईडी के नित नए खुलासे से सरकार के अंदर बेचैनी देखी जा रही है. उधर, विपक्ष अब हमलावर हो गया है. भाजपा विधायक दल के नेता बाबूलाल मरांडी ने सीधे सीएम पर प्रहार करते हुए कहा है कि पंकज मिश्रा के घर से हेमंत सोरेन का ब्लैंक साइंड-अनसाइंड चेक और पासबुक मिलना क्या दर्शाता है? इसपर झामुमो की ओर से अबतक कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आई है. पंकज मिश्रा की काली करतूतों पर आंख मूंदकर ठप्पा लगानेवाले साहेबगंज के डीसी राम निवास यादव भी अब फंसते नजर आ रहे हैं. वहीं एक अन्य मामले में झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में साहेबगंज जिला प्रशासन पर पंकज मिश्रा के प्रभाव में काम करने का आरोप चस्पां हो गया है.

साहेबगंज-कटिहार डीसी को कोर्ट ने 18 अक्तूबर किया है तलब

बता दें कि झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने कटिहार के डीएम और साहेबगंज के डीसी को अदालत के आदेश का पालन नहीं करने पर 18 अक्तूबर को व्यक्तिगत रूप से पेश होने का निर्देश दिया है. कोर्ट ने कटिहार के डीएम उदयन मिश्रा और साहेबगंज के डीसी रामनिवास यादव से जानना चाहा है कि क्या वे कोर्ट की अवमानना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं? पिछले साल अक्टूबर में, कोर्ट ने प्रकाश चंद्र यादव को गंगा नदी पर अपने मालवाहक जहाज को संचालित करने की अनुमति देने का आदेश पारित किया था. याचिकाकर्ता का आरोप है कि अदालत के आदेश के बावजूद उन्हें अलग तरह से काम करने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई. खंडपीठ ने जय बगरंग बली स्टोन वर्क्स के मालिक प्रकाश चंद्र यादव की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए यह आदेश पारित किया है. अक्तूबर 2020 से रामनिवास यादव साहेबगंज के डीसी हैं. पिछले दो साल में कई अफसरों को इधर-उधर किया गया पर डीसी अभी तक साहेबगंज में जमे हुए हैं. बताया जाता है कि सीएम के बेहद करीबी माने जानेवाले पंकज मिश्रा पर ही साहेबगंज में अफसरों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग का जिम्मा है. खास कर खनन के क्षेत्र में किसी भी अफसर का हस्तक्षेप वह बर्दाश्त नहीं करते हैं. किसे साहेबगंज जिले में काम करना है, ये साहब ही तय करते हैं. कहा तो यह भी जा रहा है कि रिम्स के कॉटेज में इलाजरत पंकज मिश्रा आज भी वहीं से साहेबगंज में हुकूमत चला रहा है.  

पंकज अवैध खनन और परिवहन को संरक्षण देता था

ईडी की चार्जशीट में पंकज मिश्रा के अवैध खनन मामले की जांच के दौरान पता चला कि कैसे पंकज मिश्रा ने स्थानीय प्रशासन पर अपने और अपने सहयोगियों के खिलाफ किसी भी जांच को रोकने के लिए दबाव डाला करता था. इसमें एक फोन कॉल वह भी शामिल है, जो पंकज मिश्रा ने संतालपरगना के पूर्व कमिश्नर चंद्रमोहन कश्यप को किया था. पंकज मिश्रा ने उनसे गंगा नदी में मालवाहक जहाज दुर्घटना की कोई और जांच नहीं करने के लिए कहा था. पंकज मिश्रा ने कमिश्नर पर साहिबगंज के डीसी राम निवास यादव की रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार करने का भी दबाव बनाया था. ईडी ने विशेष अदालत में अभियोजन शिकायत के साथ पंकज मिश्रा की आयुक्त के साथ हुई बातचीत की डिजिटल कॉपी पेश की है. पिछले 24 मार्च को साहेबगंज से पत्थर-चिप्स लदे ट्रकों को कटिहार ले जाया जा रहा ओवरलोडेड मालवाहक जहाज दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने के बाद जांच के दौरान खुलासा हुआ कि नियम का उल्लंघन कर जहाज को रात में चलाया जा रहा था. समदा घाट (साहेबगंज) और मनिहारी घाट (बिहार) के बीच जहाज को चलाया जाना था, लेकिन गरम घाट (साहेबगंज) और खट्टी घाट (कटिहार) के बीच जहाज को चलाया जा रहा था.  खुट्टी अवैध घाट है, जहां पर जहाज दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुआ था.

साहेबगंज के डीसी से ईडी की पूछताछ संभव

पंकज मिश्रा ने अपने राजनीतिक रसूख का इस्तेमाल कर बीते 2 जून को अपने मोबाइल नंबर 9835933904 से आयुक्त को फोन किया था.  अभियोजन पक्ष की शिकायत में ईडी ने कहा है कि जांच में यह साबित हुआ है कि पंकज मिश्रा अवैध खनन और उसके परिवहन को संरक्षण देता था. जब प्रतिलेख के साथ सामना किया गया, तो पंकज मिश्रा ने अंततः स्वीकार कर लिया कि उसने कमिश्नर को बुलाया था. कमिश्नर ने माना है कि पंकज मिश्रा साहेबगंज के डीसी की रिपोर्ट को आगे नहीं बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया था. डीसी की रिपोर्ट संतोषजनक नहीं पाई गई है. संभव है कि ईडी इसकी पुष्टि के लिए डीसी से पूछताछ करे.

साहेबगंज में साहेब ने अपना सिक्का चलाया

साहेबगंज के साहब के बारे में कहा जाता है कि खनन क्षेत्र का वह बादशाह  था. साहेब पिछले दस सालों से साहेबगंज में अपना सिक्का चला रहा था. लेकिन 2020 से वह साहेबगंज में उसकी हुकूमत है. इस बीच उसने जी भर कर मनमानी की. उसे पता था कि सरकार किसी की भी हो, उसके काले साम्राज्य में परिंदा भी पर नहीं मार सकता. मई में पूजा सिंघल प्रकरण सामने आने के बाद जून-जुलाई में ईडी की साहेबगंज में जबसे इंट्री हुई. इसके बावजूद अपने राजनीतिक आकाओं के बल पर साहेब ने बहुत ही निर्भीकता से ईडी को चुनौती दे रहा था. वैसे अब सत्ता के गलियारों में यह कहा-सुना जा रहा है कि हेमंत सरकार के लिए अब वह सिरदर्द बन चुका है. बहरहाल, पंकज मिश्रा से सीएम कनेक्शन पर ईडी आगे क्या रुख अपनाता है, ये देखना दिलचस्प होगा.

Responses of colours, decides human personality

Every person has different experience, understanding, exposer, knowledge. According to their own individuality, culture, religion. The response of colours differs.

Psychophysical Response-  colours play a vital role in our emotional life.

In psychological response, there are two categories of colours. The first one is warm colours and second one is cool colours. The warm colours like red, yellow, orange, etc. It shows the anger, aggression, brain nerves, blood pressure, tension, etc. But red is warmer than others. The cool colours like blue, green, etc. It’s shows cleanness. The blue colour room is bigger than warmer colour painted rooms. Apart from that the painted object at the same distance looks farther than warmer colours object. The size  of warmer colour is lesser than cooler colours.

Individual response-  colours  shows the individual person’s character how the person looks like who love such colours. The person who loves red colour would be s higher temper and romantic type person. Blue colour shows the people who know how to make money and invest. It also shows right connection  people. Green is for adjusted and civilized people. Purple colour is looked by people who are good at art, music, dance, etc. Brown colours indicates the person is very boring,  dull and homebodies type perception. Brown, white, green lovers are conflicting and shows different expression,  time to time to different type of  people.

Sociocultural response-  Green colour shows the Islamic culture, religious book cover, flag. Blue colour is the colour for lord Krishna. It is one of the colours which shows the Hinduism. Orange and yellow colours show Buddhism . The cycle of birth and death. For instances the leaf turns green to yellow. Saffron indicates the Sikkim religion. Other than india like red is for china, green is for Pakistan and soon.

Symbolic response- red is for bravery and white is for peace. Yellow colour response the brightness and happiness like sun shines where blue refers to sky and calm.

Colours play a vital role for the interaction of human beings. It gives joy and happiness in life. Colours  are really helpful for knowing more about people in depth.

गाजियाबाद में एक प्रेमी ने अपनी प्रेमिका की सोते वक्त कुल्हाड़ी से हत्या कर दी। प्रेमी को शक था कि उसकी प्रेमिका का किसी और के साथ अवैध संबंध है। इस शक को लेकर दोनों के बीच कहासुनी भी हुई, लेकिन प्रेमी का शक गहराता गया और उसने महिला को मौत के घाट उतार दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।यह घटना गाजियाबाद के नन्दग्राम थाना क्षेत्र की है। 17 सितंबर को पुलिस को 30-35 साल की उम्र की एक महिला का शव मिला। शव पर कई बार कुल्हाड़ी से वार किया गया था। महिला के इस शव को देखकर पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया कि आखिर महिला को इतनी बेरहमी से मारने वाला शख्स कौन है। इसके बाद पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की, जिसमें पता चला कि उसकी हत्या करने वाला और कोई नहीं बल्कि उसका ही प्रेमी नदीम था। पुलिस को जांच में पता चला कि नदीम को शक था कि उसकी प्रेमिका का किसी और युवक के साथ अवैध संबंध है, जिस वजह से उसने महिला को मौत के घाट उतार दिया।जांच में यह भी पता चला कि यह महिला शादीशुदा थी और अपने पति से अलग एक किराए के मकान में रहती थी और नदीम उसका प्रेमी है। नदीम ने पूछताछ में पुलिस को बताया कि महिला का फोन अक्सर बिजी आने लगा था और एक बार किसी पुरुष ने उसका फोन उठा लिया था, जिसके बाद नदीम को शक हुआ कि महिला का किसी और से भी संबंध है। नदीम के इस शक की वजह से दोनों के बीच कई बार झगड़ा भी हुआ।रात को 3 बजे उठा और उसने अपने बैग से कुल्हाड़ी निकाली और प्रेमिका के सिर एवं गले पर दे मारी।

इसके बाद उसने कई बार कुल्हाड़ी से महिला पर वार किए।
उसने बताया कि वह रातभर महिला के शव के साथ बेडरुम में बैठा रहा और सुबह होते ही उसने वहीं कपड़े बदले। इसके बाद कुल्हाड़ी, खून से सने कपड़े, महिला का मोबाइल फोन एवं ज्वेलरी अपने साथ ले गया। फोन तोड़कर उसने नदी में फेंक दिया और कुल्हाड़ी एवं कपड़े उसने झाड़ियों में फेंक दिए।

रांची: साहेबगंज में बिहार के जमाने से पत्थरों की अवैध माइनिंग हो रही है. झारखंड राज्य के गठन के बाद लगा था कि साहेबगंज में पहाड़ों पर चल रही अवैध माइनिंग पर थोड़ा अंकुश लगेगा. लेकिन पिछले 22 साल में हजारों एकड़ भूमि में पहाड़ों की अंधाधुंध कटाई कर उसे टीलों में तब्दील कर दिया गया है. झारखंड की सभी सरकारों ने इस पर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया. 2020 में हेमंत सरकार आने के बाद तो अवैध खदान चलानेवाले माफिया बिल्कुल निरंकुश हो गए. माफियाओं ने अवैध माइनिंग से करोड़ों का मुनाफा किया. बेशक इस काम को बगैर राजनीतिक संरक्षण के अंजाम देना मुश्किल था. पांच साल पूर्व की बात करें तो, जो रघुवर सरकार में फलना-फुलना शुरू किया, उसी माफिया को हेमंत सरकार में सत्ता की सरपरस्ती मिल गई. हां, एक बात सौ फीसदी सच है कि अगर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने साहेबगंज में बड़ी कार्रवाई नहीं की होती तो, आज पंकज मिश्रा जैसे सरकारी दलाल और उनके कुनबे का कुछ नहीं बिगड़ सकता था.

पंकज के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर होने के बाद राजनीति गरमाई
पंकज मिश्रा के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर होने के बाद झारखंड में राजनीति गरमा गई है. कुछ दिन पूर्व झामुमो ने इडी की कार्रवाई के संबंध में बार-बार मुख्यमंत्री का नाम जोड़ने पर आपत्ति जतायी थी. पार्टी के केंद्रीय महासचिव सुप्रियो भट्टाचार्य ने कहा था कि इडी की ओर से आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं होने पर भी सीएम का नाम जोड़ कर राज्य को बदनाम करने की साजिश की जा रही है. अब झामुमो को बताना चाहिए कि पंकज मिश्रा ने कैसे साहेबगंज में दो-ढाई साल में अपना काला साम्राज्य खड़ा कर लिया? भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष व सांसद दीपक प्रकाश ने पंकज मिश्रा मामले में झामुमो से पूछा है कि अब तो ईडी द्वारा दायर आरोप पत्र में भी राजनीतिक संरक्षण का स्पष्ट उल्लेख कर दिया गया है. अब झामुमो स्पष्ट करे कि पंकज मिश्रा से उनका क्या संबंध है? झामुमो बताए कि 1000 करोड़ की लूट कराने का अधिकार उनके नेता को किसने दिया? इडी ने अपनी चार्जशीट में कहा है कि झारखंड में 1000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का अवैध खनन हुआ है. ईडी ने पंकज मिश्रा को ‘राजनीतिक संरक्षण’ मिलने की बात कही है. भाजपा का कहना है कि आखिर पंकज मिश्रा को क्यों और कैसे मिला सत्ता का संरक्षण? इसे झामुमो स्पष्ट करे.

किंगपिन पिंटू पर जल्द कसेगा ईडी का शिकंजा…!
साहेबगंज, दुमका और पाकुड़ में पंकज मिश्रा को पत्थर किंग बताया जाता है, लेकिन अभी एक और किंगपिन पर गाज गिरना बाकी है. इस किंगपिन का नाम है सीएम का प्रेस सलाहकार अभिषेक प्रसाद उर्फ पिंटू. इन दोनों मठाधीशों को किसका संरक्षण प्राप्त है? इसका भी खुलासा हो जाएगा. सूत्रों की मानें तो किंगपिन भी ईडी के रडार पर है. बहुत जल्द उसपर भी कानूनी शिंकजा कसनेवाला है. यहां बताते चलें कि अभिषेक प्रसाद के पत्थर खदान का निरीक्षण कार्य जुलाई माह में ही पूर्ण हो चुका है। मेसर्स शिवशक्ति इंटरप्राइजेज के नाम से अभिषेक प्रसाद को पत्‍थर खदान की लीज मिली है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, पिछले साल जून में इस पत्थर खदान की स्वीकृति दी गई थी। यह पत्थर खदान मिर्जाचौकी थाना क्षेत्र के पकड़िया मौजा में है। कुल 1170 डिसमिल भूमि पर पत्थर खनन की स्वीकृति दी गई थी। पत्थर खदान के डीड पर विष्णु प्रसाद यादव का हस्ताक्षर है। बताया जाता है कि अनुमति मिलने के कुछ दिनों बाद ही अभिषेक प्रसाद की शिवशक्ति इंटरप्राइजेज नामक खदान में पत्थर खनन शुरू कर दिया गया था। यहीं के एक पत्थर कारोबारी को उसकी देखरेख का जिम्मा दे दिया गया था। हालांकि, ईडी की कार्रवाई शुरू होने के बाद फिलहाल पत्थर खदान में खनन कार्य बंद है। सूत्र बताते हैं कि पंकज मिश्रा और अभिषेक प्रसाद सत्ता की पहरेदारी में अवैध माइनिंग करने-कराने, टेंडर मैनेज करने और अधिकारियों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग का धंधा कर पाते थे. चर्चा है कि कई डीएमओ से पूछताछ के बाद ईडी के अधिकारियों के पास कुछ पक्के सबूत हाथ लगे हैं.

डेढ़ माह बाद भी हीरा भगत ईडी के समक्ष पेश नहीं हुए
पंकज मिश्र से जुड़े अन्य आरोपी के खिलाफ भी समन जारी हो चुका है. साहेबगंज के मशहूर व्यवसायी हीरा भगत के खिलाफ ईडी ने 28 जुलाई को ही समन जारी किया है. इसके अलावा पंकज मिश्रा के खासमखास डाहु यादव अभी फरार चल रहे हैं. अभिषेक प्रसाद को भी दुबारा समन भेजे जाने की चर्चा है. दरअसल, ईडी की टीम ने हीरालाल भगत की पत्थर कंपनी वैष्‍णवी स्‍टो वर्क्‍स द्वारा विगत तीन साल में किए गए स्टोन चिप्स के उत्पादन व डिस्पैच की जानकारी हासिल कर ली है। पूरा आंकड़ा लेने के बाद टीम मिर्जाचौकी चार नंबर में स्थित हीरा लाल भगत के क्रशर प्लांट में पहुंची और जांच-पड़ताल शुरू की। पत्‍थर खदान की भी मापी कराई जा चुकी है। आठ जुलाई को छापेमारी के दौरान हीरा भगत के यहां से तीन करोड़ रुपये से अधिक नकद मिले थे। इसके बाद ईडी ने हीरा भगत के बेटे राजेश जायसवाल को पूछताछ के लिए रांची बुलाया था। हीरा भगत का पारिवारिक संबंध बिहार के किशनगंज भाजपा के एमएलसी दिलीप जायसवाल से जुड़े हैं. दिलीप जायसवाल हीरा भगत के अपने समधी हैं. दो माह पूर्व झामुमो ने इन्हें बचाने का आरोप भाजपा पर लगाया था. हीरालाल भगत के खिलाफ समन जारी होने के डेढ़ माह बाद भी झामुमो की ओर से कोई बयान नहीं आया है.

दरअसल, झारखंड की राजनीति शुरू से ही खान-खनिज के ईर्द-गिर्द ही घूमती रही है. खान आवंटन के घोटालों का खेल और माफियाओं द्वारा अवैध माइनिंग का रोग पुराना है. इस मामले में सफेदपोशों, अधिकारियों और पुलिस की तिकड़ी की मिलीभगत कई बार उजागर हो चुकी है. हां, झारखंड में ईडी की पहली बड़ी कार्रवाई से कई अधिकारियों के होश फाख्ता हैं. कहा जा रहा है कि अभी ईडी की कार्रवाई का सिलसिला थमनेवाला नहीं है. अब भी कई बड़े अधिकारियों से लेकर कुछ मंत्री ईडी के रडार पर हैं. सच कहा जाए तो, ईडी के कारण साहेबगंज के साहबों की मुसीबत अभी कम नहीं होनेवाली है.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes are responsible for 74% of deaths globally, and cracking down on risk factors could save millions of lives, the World Health Organization said. 

A report from the UN health agency shows that so-called NCDs, which are often preventable and caused by an unhealthy lifestyle or living conditions, kill 41 million people every year, including 17 million under the age of 70. 

NCDs are diseases that do not have a single cause, have long-term health consequences, and frequently necessitate long-term treatment and care. These conditions include cancer, Epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, Osteoarthritis, diabetes, and many more.

Many of these diseases are curable or preventable by reducing common risk factors such as harmful alcohol consumption, tobacco use, physical inactivity, and eating unhealthy diets. Many other serious conditions, such as injuries and mental illnesses, are also classified as NCDs.

Non-communicable diseases like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic lung disease, and cancer are among the world’s top silent killers, but they can often be avoided by investing in proven, cost-effective interventions. According to the WHO report, the causes of rising NCDs are social, environmental, commercial, and genetic.

Contrary to popular belief, these “lifestyle” diseases are not mainly a problem of wealthy countries. A full 86% of the global premature NCD deaths happen in low-income countries.

Gujarati movie Chhello Show is India’s entry for 2023 Oscars

Gujarati film Chhello Show, a coming-of-age drama about a boy’s love affair with cinema in a village, is India’s entry for the 95th Academy Awards, the Film Federation of India (FFI) announced.

The English title of the film is the Last Film Show and the director of the film is Pan Nalin. The film will release in theatres country-wide on October 14. According to FFI president TP Aggarwal, Chhello Show was unanimously chosen over films like SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Ranbir Kapoor-led Brahmastra: Part One Shiva, Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files, and R Madhavan’s directorial debut Rockery. “There were 13 films of different languages including six in Hindi- Brahmastra, The Kashmir Files, Anek, Jhund, Badhai Do, and Rockery and one each in Tamil (Iravin Nizhal), Telugu (RRR), Bengali (Aparajito) and Gujarati (Chhello Show) as well as few others,” Aggarwal said.

The film was produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur’s production house Roy Kapur Films, Jugaad Motion Pictures, Monsoon Films, Chhello Show LLP, and Marc Duale. The story is inspired by Nalin’s memories of falling in love with movies as a child in rural Gujarat. Nalin is best known for directing films such as Samsara, Valley of Flowers, and Angry Indian Goddesses. He expressed his gratitude to the FFI and the selection jury.

The film had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival last year. The 95th Academy Awards will take place on March 12, 2023.
