सीएम पर भाजपा का बड़ा आरोप…अपनी याचिका में सीएम ने जानबूझ कर छोड़ा डिफेक्ट, मामले को लटकाने की साजिश :प्रतुल शाहदेव

रांची : भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने सोमवार को भाजपा मुख्यालय में एक प्रेसवार्ता में मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन और उनकी लीगल टीम पर हाईकोर्ट  मामले को जबरन लटकाने का बड़ा आरोप लगाया। श्री प्रतुल ने हाईकोर्ट के वेबसाइट से निकाले हुए दस्तावेज को जारी करते हुए दिखाया कि किस तरीके से 23 तारीख को मुख्यमंत्री की लीगल टीम ने उनके इशारे पर जिस याचिका को हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल किया है, उसमें पांच डिफेक्ट लगे हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सिर्फ चतुराई और धूर्तता से ईडी सम्मन मामले को उलझाने का प्रयास है। क्या मुख्यमंत्री के महंगे वकीलों, लीगल टीम को यह भी नहीं पता कि याचिका की एक्स्ट्रा कॉपी दी जाती है।

सीएम बताएं…मामला हाईकोर्ट में 11 महीने से डिफेक्ट के कारण क्यों लंबित है?

उन्होंने कहा कि सत्ताधारी गठबंधन पूरे जोर-जोर से कहता है कि मुख्यमंत्री ईडी के मामले में हाईकोर्ट गए हैं। लेकिन याचिकाओं में डिफेक्ट को छोड़ दिया है। यानी मामला तबतक सूचीबद्ध नहीं होगा, जबतक इन डिफेक्ट को दूर नहीं किया जाएगा। यानी एक बार फिर से लटकाने का प्रयास हो रहा है. कहा कि यह पहला मामला नहीं है, जब डिफेक्ट छोड़कर मुख्यमंत्री ने याचिका को लटकाया हो। इसके पूर्व भी जब वो झारखंड के राज्यपाल के खिलाफ नवंबर, 2022 में मुकदमा दाखिल किया था। वह आज तक इसलिए सूचीबद्ध नहीं हुआ है, क्योंकि उसमें भी अभी तक डिफेक्ट है। कहा कि इस मामले में मुख्यमंत्री ने खूब प्रचार किया था कि राज्यपाल के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट हैं। लेकिन ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि जानबूझकर इन मुकदमों में डिफेक्ट छोड़ दिया जाता है, जिससे मामला हाईकोर्ट में फाइल तो हो जाए, लेकिन सूचीबद्ध नहीं हो। कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री को स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि मामला हाईकोर्ट 11 महीने से डिफेक्ट के कारण क्यों लंबित है?

‘मामला को लटकाने के लिए डिफेक्ट छोड़े जा रहे हैं’

कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री को पता है कि कानून के लंबे हाथ उन तक पहुंच गए हैं। इसलिए वह सारे मामले को ज्यादा से ज्यादा टालने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। लेकिन बहुत दिनों तक यह चाल कामयाब नहीं होगी। यह मानना संभव नहीं है कि मुख्यमंत्री ने जिन लाखों रुपए के फीस वाले वकीलों को हायर किया है, उनको इन डिफेक्ट को दूर करने में कोई परेशानी होगी। पूरा मामला को लटकाने के लिए डिफेक्ट छोड़े जा रहे हैं, ताकि यह मामले सूचीबद्ध होकर सुनवाई में नहीं आए। प्रेस वार्ता में अनुसूचित जनजाति मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पूर्व विधायक शिवशंकर उरांव, मोर्चा के प्रभारी,पूर्व विधायक रामकुमार पाहन, मोर्चा के महामंत्री विंदेश्वर उरांव भी उपस्थित थे।

हाईकोर्ट में सीएम की ओर से 23 सितंबर को रिट दायर की गई है

बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री की ओर से उपलब्ध कराए गए दस्तावेज के आधार पर उनके अधिवक्ता ने 23 सितंबर को यह रिट दायर की है. दाखिल रिट पिटीशन में डिफेक्ट दूर करने के बाद ही सुनवाई की तारीख निर्धारित की जाएगी। हालांकि इस पिटीशन में जो डिफेक्ट है, उसका अनुपालन करने की तारीख तीन अक्तूबर निर्धारित की गई है। यानी पिटीशन में जो कमी है, उसे तीन अक्तूबर तक दूर कर लिया जाएगा मुख्यमंत्री ने पिछले दिनों ईडी के समन के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की थी। जहां सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई से इनकार करते हुए हाईकोर्ट में अपील करने का निर्देश दिया था।
