गिरिडीह सदर अस्पताल में सैकड़ों की संख्या में आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मी पहुंचे जहां उन्होंने कंपनी के संचालक पर दो माह का वेतन न देने का आरोप लगाया। वेतन न मिलने तक सभी कर्मी अनिश्चितकालीन के धरने पर बैठ गए हैं।
गिरिडीह:- आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मी सैकड़ो की संख्या में गिरिडीह सदर अस्पताल में पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने कंपनी के संचालक पर दो माह का वेतन न देने का एवं किसी किसी किसी का EPF नंबर न मिलने का आरोप लगाया। उनका कहना है कि दो वहां से वेतन नहीं मिलने से उन्हें परिवार के लालन पोषण में काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। कई बार कंपनी के संचालक से वेतन की मांग कर चुके हैं लेकिन उनके द्वारा अभी तक वेतन नहीं दिया गया है। पिछले कई बार धरना प्रदर्शन भी कर चुके है इसके बावजूद भी इसके चलते उन्होंने कर्मचारियों की सहमति के चलते और अनिश्चितकालीन धरने पर बैठ गए हैं।
जब तक कंपनी उनका वेतन नहीं दे देती तब तक अनिश्चितकालीन धरने पर रहेंगे
इस दौरान झारखंड प्रदेश असंगठित मजदूर यूनियन के नेता अशोक कुमार सिंह एवं रघुनन्दन प्रसाद विश्कर्मा ने कहा है कि जब तक कंपनी उनका वेतन नहीं दे देती है तब तक आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मी अनिश्चितकालीन धरने पर रहेंगे। उनका कहना है कि पूर्व में भी सदर अस्पताल में हड़ताल कर कंपनी के ऊपर कर्मियों के वेतन न देने के आरोप लगा चुके हैं।
