ईडी के जाल में बुरी तरह से फंसे पंकज मिश्रा के घर से मिले सीएम के नाम से बैंक खाते, पासबुक व चेकबुक मिलने के बाद मचा हड़कंप

रांची : आर्थिक भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में जेल में बंद पूजा सिंघल के पल्स अस्पताल के निर्माण में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने करोड़ों रुपए कैश लगाने का जिक्र अपनी चार्जशीट में कर दिया है. इसकी पुष्टि होने के बाद उन्हें जमानत मिलने की संभावना कम है. वहीं ईडी के जाल में बुरी तरह से फंसे सीएम के प्रतिनिधि पंकज मिश्रा की बजह से झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन भी फंसते नजर आ रहे हैं. पंकज मिश्रा के घर से सीएम की पासबुक और चेकबुक को जब्त कर लिया गया ये एजेंसी को पंकज मिश्रा के घर से मिली हैं। अवैध खनन के मामले में सीएम की एक बैंक पासबुक, हस्ताक्षरित और अहस्ताक्षरित चेक बुक पंकज मिश्रा के आवास से छापे के दौरान बरामद की गई थी।

सीएम से संबंधित है सभी बैंक खाते

चार्जशीट में कहा गया है कि एक सीलबंद लिफाफा, जिसमें एक पासबुक और दो चेक बुक हैं. इसमें दो हस्ताक्षरित चेक-004718 और 004719 हैं। इसके अलावा 31 ब्लैंक चेक, जिनके नं. 005720 से 004750 हैं, जो बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, गंगाप्रसाद शाखा, साहिबगंज के हैं, ये सभी हेमंत सोरेन के नाम पर खाता संख्या 5932xxxxxxxxxxx से संबंधित हैं। ईडी ने केजरीवाल सहित 43 गवाहों की सूची और उनके रिकॉर्ड किए बयानों की एक सूची भी उपरोक्त तीन आरोपियों के खिलाफ अपने आरोपों को साबित करने के लिए प्रदान की है। सीएम के प्रधान सचिव विनय कुमार चौबे ने इसपर टिप्पणी करने से इनकार कर दिया। वहीं उनके मीडिया सलाहकार अभिषेक प्रसाद ने ईडी की चार्जशीट को लेकर किए कॉल और मैसेज का जवाब नहीं दिया। झामुमो प्रवक्ता मनोज पांडे ने कहा कि पार्टी विचाराधीन मामले पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं करेगी। चार्जशीट के मुताबिक, आठ जुलाई को साहिबगंज जिले में मिश्रा के आवास पर ईडी की छापेमारी के दौरान जब्त किए गए दस्तावेजों में सोरेन की बैंक पासबुक भी है।

एके-47 बरामदगी पर अबतक एफआईआर क्यों नहीं?

ईडी ने मिश्रा और अन्य के खिलाफ साहिबगंज जिले में एफआईआर के आधार पर 8 मार्च को कथित मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में अपनी जांच शुरू की थी। 16 सितंबर को विशेष पीएमएलए अदालत के समक्ष दायर आरोपपत्र के बराबर अभियोजन की शिकायत में संघीय एजेंसी ने झामुमो के पूर्व कोषाध्यक्ष रवि केजरीवाल का बयान दर्ज किया था। जिसने कथित तौर पर कहा था कि यह उनकी उपस्थिति में था कि मुख्यमंत्री ने मिश्रा को ‘पत्थर और रेत खनन व्यवसाय से संथाल परगना से आनेवाले धन को सीधे प्रेम प्रकाश को सौंपने’ का निर्देश दिया था। सीएमओ के फंसने का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा कारण है 24 अगस्त को रांची में छापेमारी के दौरान प्रकाश के आवास से झारखंड पुलिस की दो एके-47 बरामद होना. आखिर क्या कारण है कि पुलिस मुख्यालय ने अभी तक उन जवानों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की है. ईडी की ओर से कहा गया है कि अगर अरगोड़ा पुलिस उन जवानों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं करती है तो, ईडी खुद कार्रवाई करेगी.

अवैध खनने मामले में सत्ताधीश एक ही नाव पर सवार

दरअसल, 2015 से लेकर 2022 तक के अवैध खनन के मामले में वैसे तो रघुवर दास और हेमंत सोरेन एक ही नाव पर सवार हैं. फिलहाल पंकज मिश्रा ने सीएम की नैया डूबाने का पूरा इंतजाम कर दिया है. झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा को इसपर आपत्ति है कि रघुवर सरकार में हुए भ्रष्टाचार को हेमंत सरकार से जोड़ना उचित नहीं है. वहीं सरयू राय का कहना है कि भ्रष्टाचार के संस्थागत स्वरूप का एक्सटेंशन रघुवर सरकार से हेमंत सरकार में हुआ है. उधर, झामुमो का यह कहना कि 18 साल इस राज्य में भाजपा ने शासन किया है। 2019 तक अवैध माइनिंग के संबंध में कितने एफआइआर और केस दर्ज हुए और इसके बाद अबतक कितने मुकदमे हुए? अहम सवाल ये कि हेमंत सरकार ढाई साल से क्या कर रही थी? हकीकत तो ये है कि जब ईडी ने जांच-पड़ताल शुरू की तो सत्ताधीशों की कारस्तानियां जनता के सामने आ पाई हैं. वरना झारखंड की सभी जांच एजेंसियां कभी अवैध खनन के मामले में हाथ नहीं डालती. वैसे भी झारखंड में सत्ता की राजनीति खान-खनिज के ईर्द-गिर्द ही घूमती रही है. अगर ईडी ने साहेबगंज के साहबों पर शिकंजा नहीं कसा होता तो, सब कुछ यथावत चलता रहता. इसलिए शासकीय भ्रष्टाचार वर्तमान राजनीति का सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा है.
