मधुबन में झारखंड बचाओ मोर्चा की रोषपूर्ण महारैली, सरकार हमारी भावनाओं को समझे, वरना उग्र आंदोलन होगा, बाजार बंद रहे, पुलिस मुस्तैद रही

गिरिडीह: पारसनाथ पर्वत-सम्मेद शिखर को आदिवासियों का धार्मिक क्षेत्र घोषित करने और मारंग बुरू को अतिक्रमण मुक्त करने के लिए पारसनाथ बचाओ आंदोलन के बैनर तले पूर्व घोषित कार्यक्रम के तहत मधुबन में मंगलवार को कड़ी सुरक्षा-व्यवस्था के बीच आदिवासी-मूलवासियों की रोषपूर्ण महारैली हुई। रैली को झारखंड बचाओ मोर्चा के मुख्य संयोजक लोबिन हेम्ब्रम ने कहा कि आदिवासियों का यह क्षेत्र पवित्रस्थल भी है, जहां फागुन माह की पहली तिथि को विशेष पूजा-अर्चना होती है. इसमें भारत, बांग्लादेश, भुटान समेत अन्य देशों के समाज के लोग भाग लेते हैं. कहा कि जो बाहरी लोग शिखरजी को अपना बताने पर आमादा हैं, वह सही नहीं है. आदिवासी समाज अपना हक और अधिकार लेना जानता है. जरूरत पड़ी तो उग्र आंदोलन होगा।

केन्द्र-राज्य सरकारों का पुतला दहन किया गया

रैली में पूर्व सांसद सालखन मुर्मू, पूर्व मंत्री गीताश्री उरांव, जयराम महतो, सिकन्दर हेम्बम समेत समेत देश के कई भागों से आए लोगों ने आदिवासियों को संबोधित किया। आदिवासी समाज के नेताओं ने कहा कि सदियों से पारसनाथ क्षेत्र उनके आराध्य धर्मगुरू मरांग बुरू जाहेर स्थल है, जिसका उल्लेख 1956 के बिहार -हजारीबाग गजट में अंकित है. कहा कि इस दौरान रैली मघुबन फुटबॉल मैदान से निकल कर बाजार का भ्रमण करते हुए पर्वत मार्ग तक गई, जहां  केन्द्र सरकार व झारखंड सरकार का पुतला दहन किया गया. सरकारों पर आरोप लगाया गया कि दोनों सरकारें आदिवासियों की भावनाओं उपेक्षा कर रही है.

रैली में गैर आदिवासी संगठनों के लोग भी शामिल हुए

रैली में काफी संख्या में राज्य के विभिन्न इलाकों से समाज के लोगों का जुटान हुआ था। रैली में कई गैर आदिवासी संगठनों के लोग भी शामिल हुए। रैली के मद्देनजर जिला एंव पुलिस प्रशासन ने पूरे क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा के व्यापक प्रबंध किये थे। सीसीटीवी एंव ड्रोन कैमरों से नजर रखी जा रही थी। जिसकी मॉनिटरिंग जिला मुख्यालय में की जा रही थी। आज की रैली को देखते हुए मघुबन बाजार बंद था। एक दर्जन से अधिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रतिनियुक्त किये गये थे। चारों तरफ पुलिस बल की तैनाती की गयी थी। पुलिस-प्रशासन सुुुबह से ही सड़कों पर गश्त लगाते हुए नजर आए. शाम तक कहीं से किसी अप्रिय घटना की सूचना नहीं है.

जैन समाज अपना एकाधिकार जताना बंद करना

रैली में कई लोगों ने एक स्वर से कहा कि आदिवासी समाज यह आरोप लगाता है कि पारसनाथ पर्वत पर जैन समाज अपना एकाघिकार जता ऱहा है। अफसोस इस बात का है कि इस मामले में सरकार के नुमाइंदे भी मौन धारण किए हुए है। हालांकि झारखंड सरकार के पर्यटन विभाग ने आदिवासी समाज के आरोपों भ्रामक बताते हुए खंडन किया है. विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि पारसनाथ को लेकर आठ सदस्यीय कमेटी का गठन होगा जिसमें दोनों जैन समाज (दिगबंर-श्वेताबंर) से एक-एक और आदिवासी समाज से एक सदस्य को शामिल करने का नीतिगत निर्णय लिया गया है.
