दिनांक 21 अप्रैल 2023 को रांची के चटकपुर स्थित रूट राइडर चिल्ड्रन स्कूल के सफल और सर्वश्रेष्ठ विद्यार्थियों को एलआईसी कंपनी के द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र और मोमेंटम देकर विद्यार्थियों के हौसले को अफजाई किया गया
इस कार्यक्रम में एलआईसी कंपनी के श्रीमान छात्रधारी साव बतौर अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित हुए जिन्हें स्कूल के प्राचार्य जयप्रकाश शर्मा ने स्काउट्स स्कार्फ पहनाकर स्वागत किया
रूट राइडर चिल्ड्रन स्कूल के 20 विद्यार्थियों को एलआईसी कंपनी के द्वारा सर्वश्रेष्ठ पुरस्कार दिया गया जो इस प्रकार हैं :

आरव कुमार ने अपने अभिभावकों के साथ उपस्थित होकर के प्रमाण पत्र और मोमेंटम प्राप्त किए इस अवसर पर विद्यालय में पढ़ा रही एक शिक्षिका बुलबुल कुमारी को सांवल एवं पुरस्कार देकर विदाई दी गई और कुछ अभिभावकों को भी सम्मानित किया गया
एलआईसी के श्रीमान छात्रधारी साव ने कहां की एलआईसी के द्वारा बच्चों में प्रतिभा जगाने के लिए इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाता है
एलआईसी ने बच्चों के लिए विशेष योजना भी लाई है जो शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उनके लिए काफी मददगार साबित हो सकता है इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के कोऑर्डिनेटर श्री उदय कुमार ने कहा यह विद्यालय अपने प्रारंभ काल से ही बच्चों की शिक्षा के प्रति काफी सजग है और बच्चे अभिभावकों के बीच समन्वय बनाकर बच्चे को प्रोत्साहित करने का काम करती है कार्यक्रम का संचालन रूट राइडर चिल्ड्रन स्कूल के प्रबंधक विक्रांत विश्वकर्मा ने किया
बच्चों के अभिभावकों ने ऐसे कार्यक्रमों से काफी उत्साहित थे और विद्यालय के कार्यक्रमों को सराहना किए
इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के सभी शिक्षक शिक्षिकाएं पूजा कुमारी , सोनी कुमारी, साधना झा, शोभा कुमारी , चांद कुमारी, रोशनी कुमारी बॉबी आर्य , विनय प्रसाद ने उपस्थित होकर कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाएं
