पटना HC से राहुल गांधी को राहत,अब अगली सुनवाई 15 मई को होगी

नई दिल्ली: मोदी सरनेम केस में फंसे कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी को पटना हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिली। बिहार के पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम और भाजपा राज्यसभा सांसद सुशील कुमार मोदी की याचिका पर एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को 25 अप्रैल को कोर्ट में हाजिर होने का आदेश दिया था। इस मामले में राहुल गांधी ने रोक लगाने के लिए एक याचिका पटना हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल की। जिस पर पटना हाईकोर्ट ने 15 मई तक रोक लगा दी। पटना हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस संदीप कुमार की बेंच ने राहुल गांधी की याचिका पर सुनवाई की थी। अब राहुल गांधी को एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट में हाजिर नहीं होना पड़ेगा। अगली सुनवाई 15 मई को पटना हाईकोर्ट में ही होगी।
