आरके महिला कॉलेज व सिविल कोर्ट की शिफ्टिंग को लेेेकर विरोध-प्रदर्शन जारी, सरकार से निर्णय को वापस लेने की मांग

गिरिडीह : सरकार द्वारा आर.के. महिला कॉलेज और सिविल कोर्ट को गिरिडीह से हटाकर योगीटांड़ में शिफ्ट किए जाने के निर्णय के खिलाफ मंगलवार को “आर. के. महिला कॉलेज एवं सिविल कोर्ट स्थान परिवर्तन विरोधी समिति गिरिडीह” के बैनर तले समाज के सभी वर्ग एकजुट होकर विरोध-प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया और महिला कॉलेज एवं सिविल कोर्ट को गिरिडीह से हटाकर योगीटांड़ में शिफ्ट करने के निर्णय को वापस लेने की मांग सरकार से की। प्रदर्शनकारी शहर के झंडा मैदान में एकजुट हुए और वहां से विरोध-प्रदर्शन करते हुए अंबेडकर चौक, टावर चौक, वकालत खाना होते हुए महिला कॉलेज तक गए और वापस झंडा मैदान पहुंचकर समिति के अध्यक्ष संचित कुमार गुप्ता के अध्यक्षता में सभा की गई।

गिरिडीह शहर में वीरानी छा जाएगी

सभा को संबोधित करते हुए आर. के. महिला कॉलेज एवं सिविल कोर्ट स्थान परिवर्तन विरोधी समिति के संरक्षक अवधेश कुमार सिंह अधिवक्ता ने कहा कि सिविल कोर्ट और आर. के. महिला कॉलेज यदि गिरिडीह से चला जाता है तो, ना सिर्फ वकील-मुवक्किल और छात्राओं को परेशानी बढ़ेगी, बल्कि गिरिडीह शहर वीरान और सुनसान हो जाएगा। इसलिए हमलोगों को करो या मरो की तर्ज पर तब तक आंदोलन चलाना है, जब तक सरकार सिविल कोर्ट और आर. के. महिला कॉलेज को योगीटांड़ शिफ्ट करने के प्रस्ताव को रद्द नहीं कर दे।

योगीटांड़ की जमीन अंदर से खोखली हो चुकी है

समिति के अध्यक्ष संचित कुमार गुप्ता ने कहा कि गिरिडीह शहर में  व्यवसाय करनेवाले कुछ लोगों को अपने व्यवसाय से फुरसत ही नहीं मिल रही है कि वे आंदोलन में भाग लें, लेकिन वे भूल गए हैं कि कोर्ट और कॉलेज जैसे प्रतिष्ठान के चलते ही गिरिडीह शहर है, और शहर है तभी उनका व्यवसाय चल रहा है. अगर कोर्ट और कॉलेज गिरिडीह से चला गया तो पछताने के सिवा और कोई उपाय नहीं रहेगा। समिति की उपाध्यक्ष अन्ना मुर्मू ने कहा कि आदिवासी सहित समाज के सभी वर्ग की छात्राएं शहर में रहकर पढ़ाई कर रही है. महिला कॉलेज अगर गिरिडीह से चला गया तो योगीटांड़ जैसे भू धसान एवं निर्जन जैसी असुरक्षित जगह में जाकर वे नहीं पढ़ेंगी और लड़कियां पढ़ाई से वंचित हो जाएगी जिसे हम हरगिज बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। समिति के सचिव जोगेश्वर ठाकुर ने कहा कि योगीटांड़ की जमीन ना सिर्फ अंदर से खोखला है, बल्कि वह सीसीएल की जमीन है. जिस वजह से वहां कोई जमीन खरीद कर दुकान भी नहीं दे सकता है। लोग खाने-पीने सहित अन्य जरूरत के सामान के लिए लालायित हो जाएंगे। बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रदर्शनकारियों एवं महिला कॉलेज के समक्ष उपस्थित जनसमुदाय को संबोधित करते हुए पूर्व विधायक ज्योतिंद्र प्रसाद ने कहा कि हम किसी भी कीमत पर महिला कॉलेज को गिरिडीह से योगीटांड़ नहीं ले जाने देंगे।

24 जून को झंडा मैदान में बैठक का निर्णय

कार्यक्रम को बतौर विशिष्ट अतिथि संबोधित करते हुए गिरिडीह में जेपी  आंदोलन के नायक सह अधिवक्ता सतीश कुंदन ने कहा कि इस आंदोलन में अधिवक्ताओं और छात्राओं एवं उनके अभिभावकों को बढ़-  चढ़ के भाग लेना चाहिए था, लेकिन उनकी संख्या नगण्य है जो, खेद का विषय है। आंदोलन को धार देने के लिए उन्होंने किसान मंच के लोगों की तारीफ की. आंदोलन को व्यापक रूप देने के लिए रणनीति बनाने के लिए 24 जून को 10 बजे झंडा मैदान में बैठक करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
