विधिक सेवा सह कानूनी सशक्तिकरण शिविर का हुवा आयोजन

खलारी, 24 जून : खलारी प्रखंड कार्यालय के राजीव गाँधी सेवा केंद्र भवन के सभागार में झारखंड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार राँची के तत्वाधान में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार सिविल कोर्ट राँची के द्वारा विधिक जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में लोगों को राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गईं।  जिसके निमित्त डालसा के उद्देश्यों को बताया गया। इसके अंतर्गत नि:शुल्क अधिवक्ता उपलब्ध कराने, आपसी विवाद पर मध्यस्ता  

,असंगठित श्रमिकों का निबंधन, पीड़ित मुवाबजा अधिनियम का लाभ, मोटर दुर्घटना क्लेम के तहत मुवाबजा, आपदा प्रबंधन के तहत सहयाता, नसा पीड़ितों के लिए विधिक सहायता, बच्चों को मैत्रीपूर्ण विधिक सहायता, मानसिक रोगियों को विधिक सहायता संरक्षण, डायन विसाही  अंधविश्वास जैसी कुरीतियों के प्रति जागरूकता सहित विधिक जानकारियां दी गई। इस कार्यक्रम में प्रखंड के तरफ से परिसम्पत्तियों का वितरण किया गया जिनमें मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड-6 ,पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र-11 प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण- स्वीकृत-7, सोना सोबरन धोती साड़ी योजना खाध आपूर्ति- 20, जे.एस.एल.पी.एस. द्वारा बीज वितरण-15, कृषि विभाग-के.सी.सी.-2, अंचल कार्यालय द्वारा  निवास प्रमाण पत्र-1, आय प्रमाण पत्र-1 पारिवारिक सूची निर्गत-2, पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा-बतख चूजा वितरण, स्वस्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जाँच एवम दवाइयां 47 लोगों को दी गई।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन डालसा के सत्यपाल शर्मा ने किया।  इस मौके पर प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी लेख राज नाग, अंचल अधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्या, प्रमुख सोनी तिग्गा, जिला परिषद सरस्वती देवी विधायक प्रतिनिधि श्याम सुंदर सिंह, सांसद प्रतिनिधि फुलेश्वर महतो, श्रमिक प्रतिनिधि कृष्णा चौहान, पूर्व जीप सदस्य अब्दुल्ला अंसारी, पी.एल.वी रंजना गिरी, 

बी.पी.ओ विनय कुमार, नाजिर अजित कुमार, सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, सभी रोजगार सेवक, सभी मुखिया सहित ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहें।
