ग्रामीणों ने अवैध जमाबंदी रद्द कर जमीन मुक्त कराने को लेकर उपायुक्त को दिए आवेदन की प्रतिलिपि सीओ को सौंपा

खलारी। खलारी प्रखंड के लपरा पंचायत अंतर्गत हेसालोंग बाजार टांड़ स्थित बाजार एवं जतराटांड़ की जमीन का फर्जी कागजात तैयार कर किए गए अवैध जमाबंदी रद्द कर कब्जा से मुक्त कराने को लेकर उपयुक्त रांची को दिए गए ग्रामीणों की हस्ताक्षर युक्त आवेदन की प्रतिलिपि सूचना के तौर पर पंचायत के ग्रामीणों द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय रांची, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी रांची, भूमि बंदोबस्त पदाधिकारी रांची, थाना प्रभारी मैक्लुस्कीगंज एवं अन्य पदाधिकारीयों को दी गई है। इस क्रम में पूर्व घोषित सूचना पर मंगलवार को मुखिया पुतुल देवी के अगुवाई में पंचायत के ग्रामीण, बुद्धिजीवी एवं समाजसेवियों ने खलारी अंचलाधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्य को आवेदन की प्रतिलिपि सौंपा। श्री आर्य के अनुपस्थिति में उनके नाजीर महंत वीर महतो ने प्रतिलिपि स्वीकार किया। प्रतिलिपि सौंपते हुए ग्रामीणों ने अंचलाधिकारी से आग्रह किया है कि उक्त जमीन की अवैध जमाबन्दी रद कर मुक्त कराया जाये। वहीं फोन पर बात करने पर सीओ शिशुपाल ने इस विषय पर चर्चा करने के लिए ग्रामीणों को शुक्रवार को आमंत्रित किया है। ज्ञात हो कि गावँ के मौजा हेसालोंग खाता संख्या 78 79 प्लॉट संख्या 747,748 रकबा 0.62 एo 1.36 एo 0.01 एo कुल रकबा 1.99 एo किस्म परती कदीम खतियान गैरमजरूआ के तहत निबंधित है, साथ ही खतियान में यह भी दर्शाया गया है कि उक्त जमीन पर शुक्रवार को बाजार लगता है। उस जमीन को गांव के कुछ लोगों द्वारा फर्जी तरीके से अपने नाम करा लिया गया है। आवेदन की प्रतिलिपि सौंपते वक्त सैकड़ों की संख्या में ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
