राय पंचायत के ग्रामीणों ने खलारी सीओ को अवैध बंदोबस्ती रदद् करने की मांग को लेकर सौंपा आवेदन

खलारी। खलारी प्रखंड के राय पंचायत अंतर्गत झारखंडी मंदिर पुरनीराय में जितिया जतराटांड़, शुक्रवार बाजार, रामनवमी मेलाटांड़ एवं दशकर्मा घाट पर दो व्यक्तियों द्वारा गुप्त रूप से किए गए अवैध बंदोबस्ती को रदद् करने को लेकर पंचायत के मुखिया के अगुवाई में ग्रामीणों ने गुरुवार को खलारी अंचलाधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्य को जनप्रतिनिधि एवं ग्रामीणों के हस्ताक्षर युक्त एक आवेदन सौंपा। आवेदन में बताया गया है कि खाता संख्या 124 प्लॉट संख्या 2172 में कुल रकबा 17 एकड़ 60 डिसमिल जमीन है जिसमें एक एकड़ 94 डिसमिल जमीन पुरनीराय के संतोष महतो एवं दो एकड़ जमीन डुन्डु बमने के लखन महतो नामक दो व्यक्तियों द्वारा गुप्त रूप से बंदोबस्त करवा लिया गया है। उक्त जमीन पर 70 वर्षों से जितिया जतरा मेला, शुक्रवार बाजार, रामनवमी मेला एवं दशकर्मा घाट के उपयोग में लिया जाता है और उक्त गैरमजरूआ जमीन में ही पुरनी राय मिडिल स्कूल फुटबॉल मैदान एवं जल मीनार बना हुआ है। इस जमीन पर प्रत्येक वर्ष सोहराय जतरा और पशु मिलन का आयोजन किया जाता है बाकी जमीन में पशुओं का चारागाह है जिसपर दोनों व्यक्तियों द्वारा अवैध निर्माण कर कब्जा किया जा रहा है। आवेदन में पुरनीराय, बम्बई होटल, गुणागढ़ा, ठरहा, चुनाभठा, राय स्टेशन एवं आसपास के ग्रामीणों ने अंचलाधिकारी से आग्रह करते हुए उक्त जमीन की बंदोबस्ती रदद् करते हुए मुक्त करने की मांग की है। दिए गए आवेदन की प्रतिलिपि उपायुक्त राँची, मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय रांची, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी रांची, भूमि बंदोबस्त पदाधिकारी रांची, थाना प्रभारी खलारी एवं अन्य पदाधिकारीयों को दी गई है।
आवेदन सौंपते वक्त सैकड़ों की संख्या में ग्रामीण मौजूद थे।
