धनबाद: प्राइड लेक्चर हॉल लाइब्रेरी बिल्डिंग, लोकसभा सचिवालय, दिल्ली में आयोजित महिलाओं के उन्मुखी विकास से संबंधित विषय पर केंद्र सरकार द्वारा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित हुआ। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए झारखण्ड विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष रवीन्द्र नाथ महतो द्वारा झारखंड विधानसभा से विधायक पूर्णिमा नीरज सिंह सहित कुल 9 महिला विधायकों को मनोनीत किया गया था। कार्यक्रम में देश के अन्य राज्यों से महिला विधायकगण शामिल हुईं। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में झारखंड से प्रतिनिधित्व कर रही विधायक पूर्णिमा नीरज सिंह ने प्रखरता से अपने विचार रखे। इस दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला में महिला आरक्षण विधेयक के बारे में नीति निर्धारण पर गंभीर चर्चा हुई। साथ ही प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग ले रही महिला विधायकों द्वारा कहा गया कि महिलाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने का उद्देश्य विभिन्न सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्तरों और विभिन्न आयु की महिलाओं को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अवसर प्रदान करना है।
महिला विधायकों ने लोकसभा में वाद-विवाद कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया
आजीविका मिशन के माध्यम से महिलाओं में एकता, संगठन एवं सजगता की भावना विकसित हुई है एवं महिलाएं अपने पैरों पर खड़ी होकर आत्मनिर्भर एवं आत्म सम्मानित हुई हैं। इस दौरान महिला विधायकों ने लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला से मुलाकात की तथा लोकसभा में वाद-विवाद कार्यक्रम का श्रवण किया. इसके बाद लोकसभा पुस्तकालय भवन के अवलोकन के दौरान सभी महिला विधायकों ने भारत के संविधान की पहली प्रति को देखा तथा राष्ट्रपति भवन का भी आधिकारिक दौरा किया। प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला में मुख्य रूप से लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिड़ला, संसद सदस्य मीनाक्षी लेखी, सुनीता दुग्गल, नवनीत रवि राणा तथा अपराजिता सारंगी उपस्थित हुईं और प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रही सभी महिला विधायकों को मार्गदर्शन दिया।
