एक जादू का तमाशा है सदा कोई नही

यूँ तराशे जा रहे “रजनी “तोहमतों पे तोहमतें,
जैसे इन लोगों को अब ख़ौफ़ेख़ुदा कोई नहीं

दाग जो ग़म ने दिए अब उनको धोना चाहिए
दुख भुला करके ख़ुशी की फ़स्ल बोना चाहिए

उलझनें ऐसे जगाती ही रहेंगी रातों को
छोड़ उलझन चैन से एक दिन तो सोना चाहिए

कुछ बदलने के लिए बस सोच ही काफ़ी नहीं
जोश,जज़्बा और जुनूं भी साथ होना चाहिए

आँसुओं की जान पाए जो कभी क़ीमत नहीं
सामने उसके नहीं जज़्बात खोना चाहिए

सामने हालात जब हों तुम करो या तो मरो
ऐसे आलम में नहीं क़िस्मत पे रोना चाहिए

जब थोड़े में लोग गुज़ारा करते हैं
अपनी कितनी चाहत मारा करते हैं

मुश्किल से घबरा कर क्यों मर जाते हैं
बुज़दिल हैं जो हिम्मत हारा करते है

प्यार मुहब्बत में धोखे खाते हैं जो
इश्क़ नहीं वो लोग दुबारा करते हैं

छलिये की फ़ितरत से छल की सूरत को
सीधे सच्चे लोग उतारा करते हैं

अपने अंदर के दोषों को भी देखें
जो ग़ैरों की ओर इशारा करते हैं

मक्कारी जिनकी आदत में होती है
उनसे तो सब लोग किनारा करते हैं

मिली लड़कर ये आज़ादी नहीं ख़ैरात में पायी
कटाया सर किसी ने तो,किसी ने गोलियाँ खायी

शहादत का चला जो सिलसिला चुकने नहीं देंगे
सफ़र ये जश्ने आज़ादी का हम रुकने नहीं देंगे

तिरंगा ही तो है पहचान इस आजाद भारत की
इसे तो हम किसी हालात में झुकने नहीं देंगे

हो अनचाहा वो या बिखरा रिश्तों को सीना पड़ता है
जीवन में हसरत का भी बोझ उठा कर जीना पड़ता है

बस चुटकी भर काफ़ी होता है जब मरने की चाह रहे
पर जीने की चाहत में ज़ह्र ज़ियादा पीना पड़ता है
