गिरिडीह डीसी के साथ सभी आरओ और एईआरओ की बैठक: मतदाता सूची का विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम 2024 के संबंध में दी गई जानकारी

डीसी ने समीक्षात्मक बैठक में कई बिंदुओं पर चर्चा के बाद अधिकारियों को दिया निर्देश

गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार कक्ष में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में सभी निर्वाचक एवं सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में 1 जनवरी 2024 को अहर्ता तिथि मानकर मतदाता सूची का विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम 2024 के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई. इस मौके पर डीसी ने आयोग द्वारा जारी किए गए संशोधित फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत जानकारी दी. इसके उपरांत एजेण्डा के अनुरूप समीक्षा करते हुए कई बिंदुओं के संबंध में निर्देश दिया गया.

दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के चिन्ह्तिीकरण का निर्देश

बैठक में Black & White & Poor Image फोटोग्राफ के Replacement की समीक्षा  के दौरान निर्देश दिया गया कि अविलंब फोटो का प्रतिस्थापन का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया जाय. 01 जनवरी 2024 की अहर्ता पर फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम के दौरान Projected Population 2024 के आधार पर विधानसभावार/प्रखण्डवार प्रपत्र 6 प्राप्त करने के लक्ष्य की जानकारी दी गई.  PVC इपिक कार्ड का वितरण कार्य की समीक्षा प्रखण्ड स्तर पर नियमित रूप से करने का निर्देश दिया गया. मतदाता सूची में निबंधित सभी 80+ मतदाताओं का सत्यापन करने व दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के चिन्ह्तिीकरण का भी निर्देश दिया गया.

मृत मतदाताओं के नाम विलोपित किए जाएंगे

चूंकि दावा आपत्ति प्राप्त करने की अवधि एवं निस्तारण की अवधि संशोधित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार 26 दिसंबर 2023 के पूर्व पूर्ण कर लिया जाना है। इस निर्मित सभी बीएलओ को निर्देशित किया जाय कि वे मतदाताओं से दावा / आपत्ति प्रपत्र प्राप्त कर रखेंगे एवं ERO Net में दावा/आपत्ति के निस्तारण प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ होने के साथ ही प्रपत्रों का निस्तारण विधिवत करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। इसके अलावा मृत मतदाता का नाम विलोपित करना शामिल हैं.

गांवा, बगोदर व सरिया में विशेष कैंप का आयोजन किया जायेगा

वैसे अंचल अधिकारी/प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी, जो निर्वाचन से संबंधित प्रशिक्षण NLMT / SLMT / DLMT के रूप में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किए हैं, उन्हें चिन्हित किया जाना है, ताकि जिला स्तर में इनका सहयोग लिया जा सके। PVTG / Transgender के चिन्हितीकरण के लिए प्रखण्ड गांवा, बगोदर एवं सरिया क्षेत्र में विशेष कैंप का आयोजन किया जायेगा। 02 अक्तूबर 2023 को Transgender के रूप में निबंधित मतदाताओं की विवरणी: प्रखण्ड धनवार-4, बिरनी-2, बगोदर -2, देवरी-2, जमुआ- 1, बेंगाबाद-1, गिरिडीह-8, डुमरी-2 एवं चन्द्रपुरा-1, कुल 23 मतदाता निबंधित हैं। इन मतदाताओं का एक बार सत्यापन कर लिए जाने का निर्देश दिया गया.
