असंगठित मजदूरों के हित में किया जाएगा बड़ा आंदोलनः अब्दुल्ला

खलारी। खलारी कोयलांचल के असंगठित मजदूरों की एक बैठक खलारी में हुई। अध्यक्षता वेदप्रकाश पांडेय ने किया। बैठक में उपस्थित मजदूर नेता अब्दुल्ला अंसारी ने कहा कि देश के विकास के लिए मजदूर रात दिन मेहनत करते हैं। असंगठित मजदूर भी संगठित मजदूरों के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलते है। कहा कि कोयला उत्पादन में असंगठित मजदूरों का भी बहुत बड़ा सहयोग रहता है परंतु उनको सुविधा के नाम पर कुछ नही दिया जाता है। कंपनी और उसका प्रबंधन मजदूरों का शोषण करते हैं। सीसीएल क्षेत्र की ज्यादातर आउटसोर्सिंग कंपनियां मजदूरों को कोल इंडिया द्वारा निर्धारित वेतनमान भी नहीं देती है। मजदूरों को काफी दिन से बोनस नही दिया जा रहा है। निर्धारित समय से अधिक काम लिया जाता है, न मेडिकल सुविधा मिलता है न ही अन्य सुविधाएं। कहा कि अब यह नहीं चलेगा। अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि वे जल्द ही उनके व पिपरवार क्षेत्र के असंगठित मजदूरों को एकजुट कर उनका हक दिलाने के लिए बड़ा आंदोलन किया जाएगा। बैठक में अफजल अंसारी, मिथुन राणा, महमूद अंसारी, बबलू अंसारी, रवि केशरी, अशोक कुमार, अमजद खान, कृष्णा सिंह, रेयाज अंसारी, इरशाद खान, असलम अंसारी, शिवा तुरी, वेदप्रकाश पांडेय, मुमताज अंसारी, हसन अंसारी, सुनील चौहान, राकेश कुमार, धर्मेन्द्र चौहान आदि असंगठित मजदूर उपस्थित थे।
