मीडिया कप : जगरनाथ ने खेली 92 रन की तूफानी पारी, आंजनधाम 44 रन से मैच जीत खिताब पर जमाया कब्जा

आंजनधाम ने 15 ओवर में चार विकेट खोकर 171 रन बनाये. जवाब में टांगीनाथ टीम 127 रन पर ऑल आउट हो गयी.

प्रेस क्लब गुमला द्वारा शहीद तेलंगा खड़िया स्टेडियम में मीडिया कप क्रिकेट मैच का आयोजन किया गया. फाइनल मुकाबला आंजनधाम टीम व टांगीनाथ टीम के बीच हुआ. आंजनधाम ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए 15 ओवर में चार विकेट खोकर 171 रन बनाये. जिसमें जगरनाथ पासवान ने नाबाद 54 गेंद में तूफानी पारी खेलते हुए 92 रन बनाये. उन्होंने आठ चौका व छह छक्का मारे. वहीं जगरनाथ के साथ ओपनिंग कर रहे अजीत साहू ने 13 गेंद में एक चौका व एक छक्का की मदद से 19 रन बनाये. दुर्जय पासवान ने 19 गेंद में पांच चौका व एक छक्का की मदद से 35 रन बनाये. जबकि मनोज कुमार ने सात व मुकेश सोनी ने तीन रन का योगदान दिये. टांगीनाथ टीम की और से गेंदबाजी करते हुए अंकित विश्वकर्मा ने एक, दीपक गुप्ता एक व अनंत कुमार ने एक विकेट चटकाये. वहीं जवाबी पारी खेलने उतरी टांगीनाथ की टीम 13 ओवर में 127 रन बनाकर ऑल आउट हो गयी. टांगीनाथ की ओर से बल्लेबाजी करते हुए नीरज सिंह ने 21, दीपक गुप्ता ने 20, आफताब अंजुम ने 11, अंकित विश्वकर्मा ने 15, अनंत कुमार ने 26, आरिफ अख्तर ने 10, उपेश पांडे ने 10 व खुर्शीद आलम ने छह रन बनाये. जबकि आंजनधाम की ओर से गेंदबाजी करते हुए दीपक राम काजू ने तीन ओवर में 32 रन देकर तीन विकेट चटकाये., दुर्जय पासवान ने एक ओवर में नौ रन देकर दो विकेट लिये. वहीं मुकेश सोनी ने दो, जगरनाथ पासवान ने एक, किशोर जायसवाल ने एक विकेट लिये.

मैन ऑफ दी मैच जगरनाथ को मिला
92 रन की तूफानी बल्लेबाजी के लिए जगरनाथ पासवान को मैन ऑफ दी मैच, दीपक वर्मा को बेस्ट बॉलर, अनंत कुमार को बेस्ट कैच व ऑल राउंडर प्रदर्शन के लिए दुर्जय पासवान को शिल्ड देकर सम्मानित किया गया. वहीं विजेता व उपविजेता टीम को मुख्य अतिथि प्रेस क्लब के संरक्षक अमरनाथ कश्यप व प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष जीतेंद्र सिंह द्वारा पुरस्कृत किया गया. आंजनधाम टीम के कप्तान दीपक वर्मा व टांगीनाथ टीम के कप्तान आफताब अंजुम ने पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया. मौके पर मुकेश सोनी, निर्मल सिंह, रूपेश भगत, नरेश जायसवाल, हेमंत दूबे, हिमांशु रंजन, नीरज सिंह, नीरज साहू, मनोज कुमार, रोशन मिंज, रवि अग्रहरि, अजीत साहू, महीपाल सिंह सहित कई लोग थे.

जनहित में कई काम करने की योजना : अध्यक्ष
प्रेस क्लब गुमला के अध्यक्ष जीतेंद्र सिंह ने कहा है कि प्रेस क्लब हर साल जनहित में कई काम करता है. इसके अलावा किसी पत्रकार साथी की बीमार या अन्य कई समस्याओं को दूर करने की भी पहल करते रहा है. रक्तदान कैंप आयोजित कर लोगों की अक्सर मदद की जाती रही है. प्रेस क्लब ने कई योजना तैयार की है. जिसके तहत जनहित के काम होंगे.
