गुमला – गुमला सदर थाना स्थित लक्ष्मण नगर निवासी राम अवतार साहू ने गुमला सदर थाना में एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराते हुए , अपने प्राथमिक में कहा है की , मैं (रामावतार साहू ) जिला मुख्यालय स्थित लक्ष्मण नगर निवासी हूं , मेरी बेटी ममता कुमारी को , गुमला सरना टोली निवासी अनीता देवी ,जो एक महिला समिति की सचिन है , उन्होंने मेरी बेटी ममता कुमारी को आर. सी. मिशन करौंदा बेड़ा पालकोट में , वर्ष 2022 में सहायक शिक्षक के पद पर नौकरी और नियुक्ति दिलाने के नाम पर,विभिन्न तिथियां को ऑनलाइन और चेक द्वारा 14 लख रुपए की ठगी कर ली गई है, नौकरी नहीं दिलाने पर पैसा वापस मांगने पर अनीता देवी तरह तरह के बहाने बाजी करते हुए , विभिन्न तिथियां को और अब तक कुल 5 लाख 93 हजार रुपया वापस की है, शेष राशि आठ लाख सात हजार रुपया के ऐवज में सेंट्रल बैंक के नाम से दो चेक दिए गए और जब उक्त चेक को सेंट्रल बैंक में राशि निकासी हेतु डाला गया तो , दोनों चेक बाउंस कर गया , फिर अपने वकील के माध्यम से अनीता देवी को लीगल नोटिस दिया गया , तो वह 11 जुलाई 2023 को समझौता करते हुए , 20 अगस्त 2023 तक शेष राशि का भुगतान करने की बात कही गई , परन्तु उक्त बकाए राशि का भुगतान अब तक नहीं किया गया है , तब अंततः गुमला सदर थाना में एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए , अनीता देवी से उक्त बकाये पैसे की भुगतान हेतु गुहार लगाया हूं।
