दहेज उत्पीड़न के एक शातिर आरोपी, को मध्य प्रदेश , छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट , स्थित अंबिकापुर से गिरफ्तार कर लाया गया घाघरा थाना और न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर भेजा गया गुमला जेल।

थाने में पत्नी ने कराई थी , दहेज उत्पीड़न से संबंधित प्राथमिकी । वहीं दूसरी तरफ , उक्त शातिर आरोपी के पिता द्वारा भी एक झूठी प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी , उक्त प्राथमिकी में आरोप लगाया गया था , की मेरे पुत्र का अपहरण कर कहीं अन्यत्र हत्या कर दी गई है ।

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत घाघरा थाना स्थित देवाकी माइल बाडोटोली निवासी दहेज उत्पीडन के शातिर आरोपी , सुबोध भगत को अंततः घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने मध्य प्रदेश छत्तीसगढ़ स्थित अंबिकापुर से गिरफ्तार कर बुधवार को घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने दूसरे राज्य से लाने में सफल रही , इस संबंध में घाघरा थाना प्रभारी तरुण कुमार ने बताया की दहेज उत्पीड़न के आरोपी सुबोध भगत की पत्नी सत्य रूपा देवी ने जून 2021 में घाघरा थाना पुलिस को लिखित आवेदन देकर दहेज उत्पीड़न से संबंधित प्राथमिक की दर्ज कराई थी, उक्त प्राथमिक दर्ज होने से पूर्व ही सुबोध भगत और उसके परिजनों को यह एहसास हो गया था , की सत्यरूपा देवी के द्वारा उनके विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई जाएगी , जिसके घबराहट में आकर, दहेज उत्पीड़न के शातिर आरोपी सुबोध भगत एक सोची समझी षड्यंत्र के तहत उक्त आरोपी सुबोध भगत एकाएक रहस्य ढंग से मध्य प्रदेश छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट दूसरे राज्य में प्रवेश कर फरार हो गया और वह अपने पिता मंगल भगत के द्वारा सितंबर 2021 में घाघरा थाना में एक लिखित आवेदन देकर सत्य रूपा देवी को डराने के उद्देश्य से सत्य रूपा देवी और उसके परिजनों के विरुद्ध सुबोध भगत का अपहरण और हत्या करने का आरोप लगाते हुए , उक्त आरोपी के पिता मंगल भगत ने घाघरा थाना में लिखित आवेदन देकर सत्य रूपा देवी और उसके परिजनों पर झुठा आरोप लगाते हुए उन्होंने सत्य रुपा देवी और उसके परिजनों पर अपने पुत्र सुबोध भगत का अपहरण कराकर हत्या करा दी गई है, तभी मेरे पुत्र सुबोध भगत का कुछ आता पता नहीं चल रहा है , उक्त प्राथमिक की सत्यता जानने के लिए ,धाघरा थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें, घाघरा पुलिस ने गहराई से पूछताछ और छानबीन शुरू किया , तो पता चला की , दहेज उत्पीड़न के शातिर आरोपी सुबोध भगत मध्य प्रदेश , छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट स्थित अंबिकापुर के एक किराने की दुकान में नौकरी कर रहा है, और अन्य अनेक दूसरे लोगों के और अपने किराना दुकान के मालिक के मोबाइल से सुबोध भगत अपने परिजनों से बातचीत करता रहता है , उक्त पुख्ते जानकारी के आधार पर , घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें, मध्य प्रदेश छत्तीसगढ़ स्थित अंबिकापुर के उक्त किराना दुकान पर पहुंचकर , दहेज उत्पीड़न के आरोपी सुबोध भगत को धरदबोचा और सुबोध भगत को गिरफ्तार अपने साथ घाघरा थाना लाया और आवश्यक पूछताछ के बाद और न्यायिक प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करते हुए, उसे गुमला न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर गुमला जेल भेज दिया हैं।
