दुमका में अब नहीं होगा देवर-भौजाई का मुकाबला, नलिन सोरेन लड़ेंगे चुनाव, बीज घोटाले के हैं आरोपी

रांची : काफी इंतजार के बाद झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए गुरुवार को 2 लोकसभा सीटों से प्रत्याशियों की पहली सूची जारी कर दी है। झामुमो ने दुमका से नलिन सोरेन और गिरिडीह लोकसभा सीट से मथुरा प्रसाद महतो को उम्मीदवार बनाया है। अब इस  चर्चा पर विराम लग गया, जिसमें यह कहा जा रहा था कि दुमका में हेमंत सोरेन और सीता सोरेन के बीच मुकाबला हो सकता है. कुछ दिन पूर्व दुमका  से हेमंत सोरेन के जेल से चुनाव लड़ने की बात कही जा रही थी. अब यह तय हो गया कि देवर-भौजाई के बीच मुकाबला नहीं होने जा रहा है. दोनों झामुमो के विधायक हैं. नलिन सोरेन दुमका जिले के शिकारीपाड़ा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के झामुमो विधायक हैं जबकि मथुरा प्रसाद महतो धनबाद जिले के टुंडी विधानसभा क्षेत्र से विधायक हैं। झामुमो के महासचिव विनोद कुमार पांडेय ने इन दोनों प्रत्याशियों की सूची जारी कर दी है. नलिन सोरेन का भी क्षेत्र में काफी प्रभाव माना जाता है और वे शिकारीपाड़ा विधानसभा सीट से लगातार छह बार से चुनाव में जीत हासिल कर चुके हैं।

बीज घोटाले के आरोपी रहे पूर्व कृषि मंत्री नलिन सोरेन जेल भी जा चुके हैं, मामला  हाईकोर्ट में लंबित

बता दें कि पूर्व मंत्री और बीज घोटाला केस में आरोपी नलिन सोरेन की याचिका पर झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में 19 जुलाई 2023 को सुनवाई हुई थी. कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों की ओर से सुनवाई पूरी होने के बाद अदालत ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था. इस मामले अभी कहां पेंच फंसा है,यह कहना अभी मुश्किल है. पूर्व कृषि मंत्री नलिन सोरेन कृषि बीज घोटाला केस में आरोपी है और इस मामले में जेल भी जा चुके हैं. कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों की ओर से सुनवाई पूरी होने के बाद अदालत ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था. वर्ष 2009 पूर्व कृषि मंत्री नलिन सोरेन के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी हुआ था. यह घोटाला करीब 200 करोड़ रुपये का बताया गया है. निगरानी कोर्ट ने पूर्व मंत्री के साथ साथ दस अन्य अधिकारियों के खिलाफ भी वारंट जारी किया था। बीज घोटाले में काफी समय लगने पर और निगरानी जांच पूरी नहीं होने पर झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाया था। एक जनहित याचिका में बीज घोटाले की सीबीआई जांच कराने का भी आग्रह किया गया है।  वर्ष 2005-06 में बीज खरीद में घपला हुआ था।
