लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 के तैयारियों के निमित्त जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने चैनपुर प्रखंड कार्यालय में की 68- गुमला विधानभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत चैनपुर, डुमरी, जारी प्रखंडों के मतदान केंद्रों की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षात्मक बैठक।

गुमला : लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 के तैयारियों के निमित आज गुरुवार को जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यर्थी की अध्यक्षता में चैनपुर प्रखंड कार्यालय सभागार में 68 गुमला विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंर्तगत प्रखंडों – चैनपुर,डुमरी,जारी की समीक्षा की गई जिसमें सभी प्रखंडों अंतर्गत मतदान केंद्रों में चुनावी तैयारियों को लेकर अद्यतन स्थिति की उपायुक्त ने समीक्षा की।

उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी प्रखंडों अंतर्गत सभी मतदान केंद्रों एवं क्लस्टरों में पानी, बिजली, पहुंच पथ,फर्नीचर,रैंप,शौचालय, जैसे प्राथमिक सुविधाओं से संबंधित जानकारी ली गई। उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी बूथों के रूट मैपिंग, पोलिंग पार्टी के ठहरने की व्यवस्था, परिवहन व्यवस्था,पीडब्ल्यूडी वोटर्स एवं पीवीटीजी वोटर्स के लिए सुविधा से संबंधित अद्यतन तैयारियों की भी समीक्षा की गई। इस दौरान बैठक में विधि व्यवस्था से संबंधित तैयारियों के विषय में भी चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने सभी सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट को अपने अपने मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण करते हुए वहां की प्राथमिक सुविधाओं की जांच करने हेतु निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि अपने अपने क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पीडब्ल्यूडी वोटर्स को जागरूक करने हेतु स्वीप गतिविधि का आयोजन करने एवं जिला की पीडब्ल्यूडी स्वीप आइकन को उक्त कार्यक्रम में शामिल करने की बात कही।
जिन बूथों में पानी बिजली की सुविधा नहीं है वहां तत्काल पानी एवं बिजली की व्यवस्था करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। साथ ही मतदान केंद्रों की आधार भूत संरचनाओं को भी अविलंब दुरुस्त करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

इसके अतिरिक्त बैठक में मॉक पोल एवं मतदान के समय से संबंधित भी जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने एमसीसी वायलेंस एवं शैडो एरिया से संबंधित भी जानकारी ली।इसके अलावा उपायुक्त द्वारा अन्य कई बिंदुओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक के पश्चात उपायुक्त ने चैनपुर स्थित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का भी निरीक्षण करते हुए सीएचसी सेंटर में स्वास्थ्य संबंधी मूलभूत सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इस दौरान बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक गुमला, उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, परियोजना निदेशक पीडी आईटीडीए, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला,डीआरडीए निदेशक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर,सिविल सर्जन गुमला, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, एसडीपीओ, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, बीडीओ चैनपुर/ बसिया/डुमरी/जारी, सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद थे।
