Rathnam movie has been released on 26, April in Tamil and Telegu directed by Hari, and produced by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam and Alankar Pandian. The cast of Rathnam movie includes Priya Bhavani, Ramachandra Raju, Samuthirakani, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Yogi Babu. Director Hari is renowned in the Tamil Cinema industry for his expertise in creating action-packed and entertaining masala films. this marks his third collaboration with Vishal, following their successful ventures in Thaamirabharani(2007) and Poojai(2014). Rathnam is Vishal’s 34th movie. The film Rathnam has already stirred up excitement among netizens. The story revolves around, rathnam, who serves as a loyal henchman to Vellore MLA, portrayed by Samuthirakani. The MLA emphasizes the importance of cooperation between his henchmen and the police force to effectively serve the community. One fateful day, Rathnam crosses paths with Mallika, played by Priya Bhavani Shankar, who is preparing to take the NEET exam. To his dismay, Rathnam discovers that Mallika’s life is in danger due to a group of thugs.
Rathnam is known for his willingness to assist women in need, and Mallika is no exception. When Mallika reveals the truth that her family is being threatened by the Rayudu brothers over a piece of land, Rathnam decides to dig deeper to uncover the truth. Through his investigation, Rathnam not only helps Mallika and her family but also exposes the Rayudu brothers for their unlawful actions.
