गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित जिला पुलिस केंद्र गुमला में मासिक अपराध गोष्टी बैठक का आयोजन किया गया , जिला पुलिस प्रशासन के पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह की अध्यक्षता में मासिक अपराध गोष्टी संपन्न हुआ , जिसमें गुमला एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ,सहित बसिया , चैनपुर अंचल निरीक्षक सहित , गुमला जिला के समस्त थाना प्रभारी तथा शाखा प्रभारी उपस्थित रहे , उक्त अपराध गोष्टी प्रारंभ करने के पूर्व गुमला जिला पुलिस प्रशासन के गुमला पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के मद्देनजर सुरक्षा विधि व्यवस्था साधारण एवं स्वच्छ , निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण माहौल में लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 संपन्न करने में अहम भूमिका निभाने के लिए समस्त पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को प्रोत्साहित किया गया

जिला पुलिस प्रशासन के गुमला जिला के पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने समस्त पुलिसकर्मियों को विशेष दिशा निर्देश देते हुए, अपने अपने थाना क्षेत्रों में लंबित कांड, वारंट , गृहभेदन, कुर्की का निष्पादन करने तथा नक्सल अभियान तेज करने और समस्त पुलिसकर्मियों को 24 घंटे अलर्ट रहते हुए , अपने अपने क्षेत्रों में हो रहे विशेष विभिन्न आकार प्रकार के गतिविधियों पर नजर रखने पर विशेष बल देते हुए , उक्त संबंध में विस्तृत रूप से चर्चा की , साथ ही साथ समस्त संबंधित पुलिस पदाधिकारी को अपने-अपने थाना क्षेत्र में सप्ताह में दो बार सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने, अंधविश्वास, भूत प्रेत, जादू टोना , टोटका, गंडा ताबीज, तंत्र मंत्र , झाड़ फूंक , ओझा , डायन बिसाही, महिला उत्पीड़न, नशापान , प्रतिबंधित अवैध नशीली और मादक पदार्थों , का सेवन के विरुद्ध जागरूकता अभियान चलाने का विशेष दिशा निर्देश दी गई

हत्या , बलात्कार, आप्राकृतिक मृत्यु के मामले में अभिलंब प्राथमिक दर्ज करते हुए त्वरित गति से अनुसंधान करने के संबंध में भी विशेष दिशा निर्देश दी गई, इसके अलावे भारत सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित , तीन नये आपराधिक कानून क्रमशः भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 , भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 , एवं भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 2023 , लागू होने के संबंध में विस्तृत रूप से चर्चा की गई और आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गये, जिले के समस्त थाना प्रभारी को अपने-अपने थाना क्षेत्रों में समय एवं स्थान बदल बदल कर , एंटी क्राइम वाहन चेकिंग करने हेतु विशेष एवं सख्त दिशा निर्देश दी

इसके अतिरिक्त जिन जिन थाना प्रभारी और पुलिस पदाधिकारियों द्वारा निर्भीक एवं निष्पक्ष प्रदर्शन और अच्छे प्रदर्शन करने वालों को विशेष रूप से प्रोत्साहित किया गया , वही गुमला जिला पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने अपने सख्त लहजे में जिन जिन पुलिस पदाधिकारियों का प्रदर्शन औसत से काम रहा , उन्हें भविष्य के लिए सख्त चेतावनी भी दी गई, साथ ही साथ जिले के समस्त थाना प्रभारी को अपने अपने क्षेत्रों के आम नागरिकों एवं सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों के साथ अधिक से अधिक मधुर संबंध स्थापित करते हुयें, समन्वय स्थापित करने के हेतु विशेष और आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दी गई ।
