शादी का झांसा देकर नाबालिग के साथ जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाने वाले आरोपी के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज।

गुमला  थाना क्षेत्र की एक 16 वर्षीय नाबालिग युवती ने गुमला थाना में आवेदन सौंप कर शादी का झांसा देकर जबरजस्ती शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के आरोप में बसुआ निवासी राजेश लोहरा पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराया है. जिसमें कहा गया है कि 16 जून की सुबह 11 बजे पीड़िता घर के बगल स्थित दुकान से कुछ समान खरीदने गई थी. उसी दौरान आरोपी उसका हाथ पकड़ कर खोरा पटराटोली स्थित अपने किराये के मकान में ले गया. जहां उसने शादी का वादा कर जबरजस्ती शारीरिक संबंध बनाया. इधर घटना की जानकारी होने पर पीड़िता की मां आरोपी के किराये के मकान में जाकर अपनी बेटी को घर लाया. इधर आरोपी पीड़िता के घर जाकर जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहा है. इस संबंध में पीड़िता ने आरोपी के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई की मांग की है.
