रांची: पूर्व मंत्री एवं झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि झारखण्ड में जातीय जनगणना करवाने का सरकार का निर्णय सराहनीय है. कार्मिक एवं प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग द्वारा कार्यान्वित की जानेवाली इस जनगणना से प्राप्त होनेवाले निष्कर्ष के आधार पर सरकार के द्वारा प्रभावी नीति-निर्धारण में महत्वपूर्ण सहायता मिलेगी. इससे सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकार से वंचित झारखण्ड की जाति विशेष को विशिष्ट सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी, जिससे उसका शैक्षणिक एवं आर्थिक विकास संभव हो सकेगा. मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन को भेजे गये एक पत्र में इस बहुप्रतीक्षित निर्णय की प्रशंसा करते हुए श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि इसके पश्चात न केवल किसी भी दृष्टि से वंचित एवं उपेक्षित जातियों के लोगों का शैक्षणिक, आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक विकास संभव हो सकेगा, बल्कि हमें झारखण्ड में एक वैसे समाज के निर्माण में सहायता मिलेगी जहां सभी के मध्य परस्पर सामंजस्य हो और सभी एक-दूसरे के साथ मिलकर आगे बढ़ें.
23 साल के बाद झारखंड को मिलेगी नयी पहचान
श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि इस निर्णय के साथ ही झारखण्ड में जनजातीय भाषा एवं साहित्य अकादमी की स्थापना का निर्णय भी बहुप्रतीक्षित है और इसका इंतजार अलग प्रदेश के रूप में झारखण्ड की स्थापना के बाद से ही था. लेकिन अफसोस की बात है कि 23 साल के बाद सरकार ने एक वैसे निर्णय को जमीन पर कार्यान्वित करने का फैसला किया है जिससे, न केवल झारखण्ड की भाषा, साहित्य एवं संस्कृति को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा बल्कि झारखण्ड को एक वैसी नवीन पहचान मिलेगी जिसके लिये झारखण्ड का गठन किया गया था. श्री तिर्की ने भरोसा जताया कि आगामी सप्ताहों में सरकार वैसे अनेक निर्णय लेगी जिसकी प्रतीक्षा झारखण्ड को लंबे समय से है और जिसकी जरूरत भी इस प्रदेश को बहुत अधिक है.
