सिलाफारी में डेढ़ लाख घनफीट अवैध बालू भंडारण के मामले में अज्ञात पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज

गुमला : जिला खनन पदाधिकारी विभूति कुमार ने डेढ़ लाख घनफीट अवैध बालू भंडारण के मामले में गुमला थाना में अज्ञात व्यक्तियों पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है।

दर्ज प्राथमिकी के अनुसार, 18 जून को सुबह 11 बजे सिलाफारी हुंडराटोली, ब्रह्मण बगीचा नदी के पास खान निरीक्षक द्वारा अवैध उत्खनन, परिवहन और भंडारण की जांच की गई थी। जांच के दौरान, उक्त स्थल पर डेढ़ लाख घनफीट अवैध बालू भंडारित पाया गया। स्थानीय लोगों से पूछताछ करने पर किसी ने भी इसके मालिकाना हक का दावा नहीं किया।

उक्त स्थल पर किसी भी बालू भंडारण अनुज्ञप्ति निर्गत नहीं की गई है, जिससे यह स्पष्ट होता है कि कोयल नदी से अवैध बालू उत्खनन कर व्यापार किया जा रहा है। इस कृत्य से सरकारी राजस्व की चोरी हो रही है और राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति का क्षरण भी हो रहा है।

यह उल्लेखनीय है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति बिना पट्टा या अनुज्ञप्ति धारण किए खनिज उत्खनन, भंडारण और परिवहन नहीं कर सकता है। ऐसा करना खान एवं खनिज विकास विनियमन की धाराओं का उल्लंघन है।

इस संबंध में, उक्त कार्यों में संलिप्त अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध झारखंड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।
