गुमला – गुमला जिला समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने उक्त बैठक में विभिन्न विषयों पर बिंदुवार चर्चा की और उपायुक्त द्वारा आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया। इस दौरान सामान्य अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्ति हेतु प्राप्त 14 में से 12 आवेदनों को अनुमोदित किया गया है।
उग्रवादी हिंसा से संबंधित अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्ति हेतु एक आवेदन पर स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई ।
विभिन्न कार्यालयों में कार्यरत कर्मियों का प्रथम /द्वितीय /तृतीय एम.एस.सी.पी. हेतु प्राप्त 6 आवेदनों पर स्वीकृति परदान की गई एवं एक आवेदन पर पुनः विचार करने के पश्चात निर्णय लिया जाएगा । वहीं कार्यरत कर्मियों का सेवा समपुस्टी हेतु प्राप्त एक प्रस्ताव पर अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया।
प्रधान लिपिक से कार्यालय अधीक्षक के पद पर प्रोन्नति हेतु प्राप्त 4 प्रस्तावों एवं 13 उच्च वर्गीय लिपिक से प्रधान लिपिक के पद पर प्रोन्नति हेतु प्राप्त प्रस्तावों पर स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। वहीं एमएससीपीएस के तहत 11 चौकीदार नियुक्ति एवं 03 पंचायत सचिव के नियुक्ति हेतु प्राप्त पर प्रस्तावों पर भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। इसके पश्चात शिक्षा विभाग अंर्तगत ट्रास्फर पोस्टिंग के संबंध में भी चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्णय लिया गया।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, एसडीओ सदर,डीआरडीए निदेशक, सिविल सर्जन गुमला, डीएसपी गुमला, जिला स्थापना उप समाहर्ता, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला सूचना एवं विज्ञान पदाधिकारी, डीपीआरओ (पंचायत) सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
